Big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast basic but okOverall good experience.

the lifts bit slow, long wait

Location is great, beds were comfortable. Honestly it was good for the price of the most basic room

It could have been cleaner. Our room's window was facing a wall, so basically no window.

Room I booked was big

Dirty and old. AC is not working properly. Door can’t be locked. When I check in, floor is dirty and hair gathered around stool which was moved. Towel is old. Safe is broken. They changed to smaller one but old and didn’t work properly

Many options for breakfast. Lovely staff.

We stayed just 1 night, nothing that we didn’t like.

The AC didnt work well, so the room temperature lil bit hotAnd the bathroom handle is broken, so we cant lock bathroom from inside, already inform to security but there is no respond

Not very clean, each room has its flaws so not very consistent.

Location good. Wifi good. Comfortable bed . Reception staff nice. Staff in restaurant little bit slow. Food in restaurant good value.

Sheets and towels old. Need replacing. Clean but worn.

The Room space is very spacious, so is the bathroom.. the location very strategic

The bed is too small, queen size not king size

The room at 408 very dirty.. and the door is damage.. and the staff at receptionist not helpful

all electric equipment condition was poor. the elevator was so slow. the key of door didn’t work. the safety box didn’t work. in addition the roof top bar closed.

i paid for two nights. but I stayed one night then moved to the other hotel.

Friendly staff and good location.

They ran out of Coke and coffee. The food wasn’t very good. Poor shower.

We only get 1 card, to enter the room / lift.Better if as a family we get 2 cards.

The staff at Amarelo are amazing!The excellent service starts the moment you enter the front door. All of the staff are polite, smiling, very helpful and make the trip relaxed

Worst hotel ever

Already booked for superior room with queen bed, when I arrived the staff told me that the room for queen bed is fully booked, the problem is why they didn't update their data in booking app, and they already called me twice to confirm my arrival date, why they didn't told me at that call, they told me when I already arrived and because it's already night there's no way I could book or change the hotel. It's a dirty trick. And the gave me a room with three single bed, I don't need that cause we're just two people, and the AC is not cold at all. This is the worst hotel I ever booked in booking app, won't ever come back to this hotel again!

Staff nice and helpful

It's just okStaff nice and helpfulAC not really cooling, pillow s very hard will give stiff neck in morning ?However in hotel restaurant not recommended at all very very very slow and the food is very average in competition with the money you pay ????
