Location was really close to the main road and center of activities. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was nice for the price.

Lobby was hot due to aircon was turned off when we arrived in the afternoon. The shower door was not designed to avoid the water to leak out. So the floor was always very wet after shower.

The path to Novotel, which is between the pool and the waterfall was often slippery and wet. The wall next to the pool needs to be made a little higher to stop the water splashing over the path

The staffs were helpful and communicative throughout my whole stay. The location is also superb, with the lobby is thoughtfully located so that the ambience still calming and welcoming while still being accessible from the main street.

Me and family always love to stay in this hotel. The swimming pool is great! The spa was excellent! Wanda the spa therapist was amazing. I had an evening massage and enjoyed every minute of it. I’ll definitely come back again.

I had stayed here in 2022 and had said that I will not stay here again but since Novotel was full. They asked me to stay at Ibis. I was surprised because this time the rooms were clean. Bed linen and towels were fresh. The sink didn't choke. The rooms and toilet had fresh smell. The receptionists were welcoming.

1. I stayed in 10392. The door to the shower cubicle couldn't close as the rubber lining was broken.3. The restaurant didn't serve vegetarian food. I requested for French Fries the waiter said that I have to buy it as a package with Chicken.It is unfortunate that the restaurant isn't helpful at all. Ideally the person could have discussed it with the Chef and made it on special request basis.This is the difference I have seen here and my home country. Here it is Tidak Tahu or Tidak bisa. My home country they will go out of the way to help and make it comfortable.

Even the air condition was stopped, there was annoying noise like a boat engine.In the restaurant there was a little rat running between the tables. It's horrible.There wasn't hand towels in the bathroom.

Staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't great - many options (mostly Indonesian) but not fresh, fruit flies hovering, dishes not washed properly, stations not manned. Not up to Ibis standards. Deluxe room not worth the price - quite small and I think the only difference is that it was on a corner. Pool closes at 6pm.
