Great facailities, clean, tidy, fresh. The cabins are fitted out with everything that you need! We really enjoyed our stay, will be back again and would highly reccommend Poinciana at Cooee Bay.

Tent was super spacious. Great sized fridge. Plenty of power points. Amenities were clean and modern. We loved the container pool. We had a great 3 night stay as a family. Close walk to the beach.

Traffic noise on road nearby was noticeable at times but we still slept really well.

Such lovely clean grounds/tent. Nice furniture & bedding. Really clean bathroom facilities.

All 4 mugs in our room were all dirty and my wife had to leave them in hot water to soak and clean them so we could have a coffee

Prime location, secs entry walk to beach, shops literally across the road. 5-10mins to main beach and local town shops.

The magnesium pool. Good size fridge in the tent.

We feel that the room could have had a jug and tea and coffee on a small bench.

The pool was a quite dirty so not very appealing with scum everywhere. Disappointing to not have a kettle, running water and a couple of mugs in there for an expensive nightly rate. Caravan park has no appealing facilities for children other than the pool and no tables or chairs in there, so adults have to stand and watch in the sun.

Wife forgot her jewellery in one of the rooms, host did a lot of effort to get hold of it and threw it into the post for us on the same day we called.

Tents were beautiful, facilities very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable.

Glamping tents are on main rd & plenty of noise from cars

I loved the glamping tent, the pool in the glamping area is amazing. The tent had a huge fan which made the tent very cool during summer. The toilet block is individual toilet and showers which are both clean and amazing idea.

The cabins were so well set up and the whole family loved them. They are modern, clean and stylish.

We couldn’t fault it.

I love how the glamping was in its own separate area. The beds were comfortable, and they were clean. Affordable and even though it did not have air-conditioning, it was cool at night with the fan on. Toliet block not far away, and they were really clean. Cute little sitting area for your family to hang out. Great atmosphere. Would book again.

Just some feedback, possibly one or two tents to have handrails with the two steps leading up for disabled or elderly guests. BBQ in the actual glamping area (even though I do note there is one close by) Some sort of shade over at least one part of the plunge pool.

Clamping tent was great and amenities were clean
