The whole apartment was cute. Designed and layed out perfectly and had everything you'd hope to normally find in a household. Everything from bed to couch to chair was comfortable. Beautiful beach front view from the room. A place worth returning back to.

The TV remote wasn't working the second night of my stay. Couldn't work out the issue. Can be a bit noisy with the ongoing traffic in front (if you're a highly sensitive person like me).

Good size rooms, very clean. Friendly staff.

Had the 3 bedroom units, having a 2nd bathroom would have been good. Some of the remote controls didnt work.

The view was fabulous, with the beach just across the road and the room was very tidy and well set out.

Probably only having to climb the stairs. Not good for older people.

Top floor one bedroom apartment. Excellent. Seaand Island Views, very comfortable, very modern, l arge balcony, large comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower, huge kitchen very well stocked, great couch. Very clean. Great for longer stays.

The stairs. No lift so carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs is not pleasant. But we knew that before hand so I can't complain.

The man at the front desk doesn’t seem very professional; he feels more like an owner than a front desk staff member. The shower gel in the bathroom ran out, and no one replenished it in time. Additionally, the air conditioner remote control in one of the bedrooms is broken.

The location and accommodation for 6 guests

One of the air conditioners was not working. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking

The kitchenette didn't have any coffee or sugar and there was only 1 tea bag

Came with full kitchen facilities which was great, balcony with water views - smart TV's.

Stayed for 2 nights for work, place looking a little tired and needing some TLC on some areas. Ceiling in shower too low. Bedroom has no place for suitcase, no built-in ward robe, using an old TV unit in the room which takes up little floor space you have. No desk or dining table - could have replaced the wing chair with a dining table. Placement of TV in kitchen area wall - hit my head several times. Please source decent loo paper - must be the thinnest ply in the country. Water leaked through ceiling onto kitchen floor overnight making a mess to clean up.

Lovely little apartment, nice shower. Really well stocked kitchen.

Mattress was too firm for us, no lift so carrying luggage up stairs wasn't fun - I dont think that info was highlighted enough.

Location was good, although noisy being on the road. Roomy apartment and well equipped. Nice to have table and chairs plus a sofa to sit on. Good to have some Foxtel.Staff were friendly.

We were only able to get apartment on top floor, the stairs were a strain with our luggage. The thing that annoyed me the most was the clock in the kitchen,I could hear the ticking noise all night.

The unit was lovely comfortable and clean

Access to the ground floor was through the office and up 6 stairs and access to car park was by 2 flights of stairs, very unsuitable for people with mobility issues. States in the advertising there is stairs to upper levels NOT ground floor levels, when mentioned to manager he became very rude and aggressive
