Overall a nice apartment, modern and clean, washing machine and dryer, secure garage parking

Technically is beachfront, but unit a little down below street level and really only see the highway and some buildings across the highway with only a very tree filtered partial view of ocean. Quite a bit of noise from highway. Mini-splits in apartment make squealing noise. Have to drive for any food/beverage.

The location of the property was excellent. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and table tennis facilities. Having direct access to the beach from the property was great.

The traffic noise was quite loud when sitting out on the balcony.

Comfortable beds and good facilities.

Gap in blinds let the light through into the bedrooms so we didn’t get much sleep. When reported, we were offered extra towels which did not arrive. Few maintenance issues which were reported.

The location

Multiple maintenance items were found in our room, ranging from electrical items not working to doors not being able to close on bathrooms and toilets. There were multiple broken tiles on the patio which meant that our 3 year could not play in the courtyard (this was the reason for booking that room). Pool was cold even in the middle of a 30+ degree day, spa didn't work and the outdoor kitchen had no utensils or crockery.Their was no on-site reception, which made it more difficult when we had issues. The building itself along with the rooms need love and attention.

It's close to the beach and the town of Yepoon. Ample of space in the apartment for the whole family. Swimming pool for afternoon relaxation.

I stayed 10 nights for the second year in a row. An absolutely stunning location and a unit I would live in happily. The amenities are amazing, straight across the road from beautiful beaches and a five minute drive to Yeppoon. I will be back. The only thing I would improve on this stay compared to last year, are the mattresses. Unfortunately they were old innerspring mattresses and very hard and springs poking into you when laying on them. Other than that, there’s nothing I’d change.

The beds were really comfortable and we felt well rested.

When we arrived there we still have not received the code to get our keys, I phoned them and was one the line for 5 minutes before getting through to someone for the code. Extra blankets. This was the first place I have ever been that don't provide an extra blanket. I am always the only one that is cold ? and normally there is an extra blanket i can use, but there was not one.This was small things I picked up. Other than this it was an amazing experience

Excellent location, beautiful furnishings and decor.

Extremely disappointed in the allocated parking. The allocated parking was too small - with no warning that it was only for small vehicles. My car was damaged in the attempt to fit in the most parking space. I did notify management but they didn’t seem to care. That’s thousands of dollars damage to my BMW.

We were there for 3 nights, and the second bedroom ac leaked onto the carpet... smelt like a cat had pee'd in the room....asked for a partial refund for our discomfort but nothing. They also don't let you know that they also have permanent residents staying there. This establishment is foreign owned

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the whole experience. The pool was lovely. The beach was a short walk away. Reservations and Reception were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The staff I spoke with were so helpful.

Air con didn’t quite work in one of the rooms

Spacious apartment with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The pool was fantastic & just across the road from a beautiful sandy beach that was mostly deserted! We were surprised to have 2 bathrooms - my daughter enjoyed a soak in the big tub!

Nice property. Well equiped and suitable for our family’s needs. Front gate access to the beach was great.

Slightly over priced for the location and the offering. Properties with direct ocean views and similar/higher end facilities are better priced than this one.

The area was perfect!

The TV's were not working properly, which really effected our stay. The Foxtel remote was unresponsive and you couldn't use the TV remote except to turn on and alter volume, the Foxtel remote would not work unless you spent ages pressing the buttons hard and being very patient. Then you couldn't turn up or down with that remote. The TV in the bedroom was ancient and only had audio chanels. Management replaced appliances the day after boxing day, but we had spent 3 days without these facilities, and didn't want to annoy staff on Christmas day and boxing day. The microwave didn't work and the balcony lights and the walk in robe lights didn't work, the bed had a hard lump down the middle and it was impossible to cuddle literally (my hubby and I are cuddlers, and had to sleep on our own separate sides!!)Our son is a pilot and couldn't get the microwave or TV's working, and we also had a family member who does Air BNB and she couldn't get them working, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't us. We have been offered a discount on future bookings which is nice, but I don't feel we got a fully equipped apartment. The TV's and the bed are kind of the most important to us for relaxing. The washing machine is super loud and right beside the kitchen and dining area, there is no door to block out the noise so I think a quieter washing machine would be a good idea for future guests.
