The bad customer service

The reception person would not consider me when they relisedf I was attempting to book Maryborough Victoria not Queensland, surely if you are contacted 5 minutes after booking they would be kind enough to refund a senior citizen for a silly mistake

Location seemed good.

I picked this place because other reviews said rooms were large. My room was relatively small. TV service was average. I was only staying for the night. Still disappointed.

Everything was great about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Amenities were great. The location and price were perfect.

Convenient clean and very accommodating

Reception at check-in was very friendly and polite . Room was extremely comfortable and very central .

Nothing could have been better we found no fault with our stay .

The facilities needs a bit of upgrade, some of the applicances are rusting.

Room was decorated beautifully beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the little things like plates bowls & wine glasses were very handy .

Very clean great sized room. Excellent amenities and close to the centre of Maryborough

No complaints.

First impression was very good - spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice carpets. Then I realised that there were no ceiling fans at all, which was no good after a hot day. Really hard to get asleep. Kitchen is huge, but there's no dishwasher. They demand we have to clean and put away everything - and they provided only half a sponge for dishwashing ? Finally, toilet flush was not working very well.But rooms are spacious, beds are great.

It was extremely clean. The man on the reception was pleasant to talk with and professional.The room was a nice size, very comfortable, and I did like that there was fresh milk. There was plenty of hot water. There were plenty of comfortable pillows, and the bed was comfy also. I highly recommend this motel.

Excellent, comfortable, good bathroom

The initial view from the road was worrying, not that impressive but the room was good.

The location

Upon arrival (1pm) on a Saturday, reception was unattended with no staff on site. When they arrived there was no apology. We then proceeded to our room and there was a sign advising to be quiet as they have shift workers. Yet at 4am the next morning we were woken by these people. The hotel staff also decided to blow down the leaves outside our room at 6:30am .

Even though it is situated on a busy road, there was no traffic noise, everything was spot on when we entered our room.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well kept, quiet and clean.

The mattress was really soft and the sheets were too stiff

Loved the service. Was greeted by a friendly manager 'Sunny' (by name and nature) and was given all the information we needed. Even how to open the door with the key card (there was a knack to it). The room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, a little balcony with seating for fresh air. The room had everything we needed - fridge, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, toiletries in the bathroom, WiFi was good, cable tv. The icing on the cake was that the historical pub next door (The White Lion) would deliver lunch/dinner to our room. Our stay was wonderful.

Location was just next to the pubClose to Harvey Bey.

Bed was uncomfortable and air con light was lightning all night and make the room so bright. Made me sleepless. Also bed was uncomfortable made me tossing and turning all night.
