Burwood Motel

Manager gave us a choice of bed firmness.

Room was dark, quite small with no outlook.and the floors were hard plastic. In need of refurbishment

Was in a good location.Staff were friendly.It was our 1st wedding anniversary and they had left a lovely note on our bed with lollies and chocolate in a Heart shape.Give a good size milk.I left the toiletry bag behind and they had it waiting for us.

The people either side of us were noisy right into the late early hours - yapping and laughing loudly

Short drive to supermarket and main town centre.Large room.

Main road to rear.Although Clean needs a spruce up.

facilities are all functional and in good shape. all was clean and the staff was warm and wellcoming.

Comfortable, quiet, easy parking and just a 5 minute walk to the main street. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Not very clean mouse poop in kitchen cupboard, cobwebs on curtains. Musty smelling

Too much security lighting at night. We had a light on all night both back and front. One light in the carpark area would be sufficient.

The property/room was soooooo comfortable. They made sure me and my family were comfortable and had a lot of room. The room had everything we needed in it. It was so nice and clean. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Definitely going back

The bed was comfortable, bed sheets were clean & lady in reception was lovely.

The room was very dirty - marks on walls, thick dust on window ledges, dirty shower and kitchen sink. Backs of curtains at base were filthy and the fabric sofa was very stained. Very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. We were so surprised at the positive comments on here as our room needs a serious deep clean.

We were greeted warmly at reception by a lovely lady. When we needed help finding Sky (to watch the All Blacks the following morning, of course), she promptly came along to sort it.

Older accommodation but clean and tidy. Good facilities in the room. Parking outside the door.

Bed was very comfortable.Shower good size and good water pressure.

The motel and surrounds were very run down. Grounds need a good tidy up, planted with shrubs and trees.Nowhere to sit in the grounds.

Had Netflix, bed was comfortable and parking was close to the unit. Location was good.

Quite dated and needing renovation. Did not have a bedside table or lamp on my side.

Lovely and quiet. Very comfortable beds and great pressure in the shower. Extremely helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

Nice staff, tv worked well, easy check-in.

A bit of a walk to the ‘centre’ but not too bad, the fan in the bathroom was super loud.
