The staff were friendly and helpful

The high chair' straps were too complicated to use and the cot didn't have a matress so again wasn't usable for a 7-month baby to sleep on a hard base-board. These two items we had to pay $15.00 each per night and these weren't suitable.

Parking entrance a bit tight. Also the loft need some services.?

The location is excellent, the view across town, walking distance to town central. Modern and clean facilities.

Prefer no stairs but not a big problem. The piped music, voices, noise in the corridors are annoying, kept thinking someone was talking. I personally don’t like the black painted corridors but it does give the inner city vibe.

Very central. Easy access and spacious and well thought out unit. We had an issue, but it was efficiently sorted out.

The location.

Very difficult access. Lift only worked intermittently. 24/7 depressing noise/music and darkness in all the public spaces.

Entrance hard to find. Black walls, black ceiling, black carpet, very dim lighting and unintelligible voices and background music playing. Felt very scared just going through corridor to room. Very steep internal stairs from bedrooms to lounge. Main theme colour to rooms was black. This accommodation would be suited to teens and early 20's rather than the mature traveller

Great sized place and plenty of room for two couples! Check in was super easy.

Everything was great and the only thing I would say that could be improved was the bedroom I stayed in got hot very quickly in the morning with the sun beaming in through the curtain and hard to get air in as the window doesn't open very far.

It was really well appointed, clean, neat, modern. Well located to downtown Launceston with some decent views over the centre.

Lack of car parking adjacent as we missed out on a car spot.

Great location. Great character.

Not enough coat hangers. Some salt and pepper sachets would have been nice and perhaps some cooking oil. I also wrote and asked prior to checking in what brand of coffee machine was available. Unfortunately I told the wrong brand. Exiting the garage was not simple and the entry key pad is impossible to read when the sun is shining on it.

Great location and big room

No wardrobe or hanging area for my clothes and a little smelly - bathroom drainage - also would like to know beforehand I was given a disabled access room- dislike these bathrooms .

Great space and walking distance to everything we needed! Love the two bathrooms and the huge kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony! Amenities were great!

The beds could be a little more comfy.

The apartment was small, very basic, checkin was difficult.IT WAS LIKE A BACKPACKERS!

Extra things to do after booking which took me 30 minutes to work out a link that didn’t work which caused me to miss my flight

Babies that scream in the courtyard below.Everyone looks in your windows from the car park opposite your top story windowIf you need to go to the toilet downstairs, you have to go all the way upstairsThe code to the lift is at hip height which makes it hard to select in the darkI know hip is in, but the place is filthy downstairs and very grungy and you’ve got car horns tooting for sound effects in the hallway.Beds and pillows were very comfortable which was the only plus

Lovely bright rooms, great location, super clean, easy check in and most importantly, for a good cause.

Dark hallways, no staff (but not necessarily a bad thing though!)
