Great building with excellent amenities. The room was spacious with good heating and the bed very comfortable. Well organised bathroom. Breakfast was excellent ant the hotel had every required facility. The service was outstanding.

Phenomenal egg and avocado toast breakfast! And one morning we had to leave early, so she prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Walked to dinner. Walked to the brewery. Very quiet and slept well.

Beautiful old house. Loved the interior. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Charming, beautiful conservatory at the back for sitting and breakfast. Tea/pod coffee, fruit available in conservatory. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Central. Plenty of parking at rear.

We stayed in a beautiful front room, which had everything we needed, the only thing I could complain about was the early morning traffic was well heard from the room. I brought ear plugs & that really helped.

It was very unique a little bit haunted house but beautiful

There was no deadlock on the bedroom door and as I was travelling g alone I would have been happier with one. I was never sent the door code but they were easy to contact so I did get it on time.

A wonderful old building with sympathetic additions, perfectly located close to attractions. Included breakfast was wonderful, as were the staff.

The location was excellent for exploring Launceston. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Complementary shortbread in the shape of Tasmania on arrival. Beautiful breakfast included in the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Tea, coffee and fruit available all day in the conservatory in addition to kettles in the room. Lots of information/leaflets on the local area. Beautiful historic building with character and charm but modern facilities. Very close to the park and the swimming pool.

A minor suggestion but perhaps biscuits available in the conservatory to have either tea and coffee.

Great location, comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast

Extremely welcoming, clean, great location across from the city park, the breakfast was delicious. There was a plentiful fruit bowl and tea available in a beautiful dining room /conservatory. There was tea and coffee available in my room. The shower was brand new and the water was as hot.

We still got breakfast even when it was 1 minute to 9,staff and manager were extremely fabulous

Beautiful heritage building with a wonderful contemporary renovation in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the city centre, art gallery and marina. The pub across the road is fantastic. Manager and owner both gave us great suggestions for our trip. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was really lovely and peaceful.
