New hotel. Friendly staff, great location.

Superb

The tea offering in room was poor.It was mainly herbal tea.There were only 2 sachets of Indian type tea and they made an extremely weak drink.After a long journey , the first thing my wife and I look forward to on arrival in an hotel room is a refreshing drink of tea.These small details are often very. Important to some of us.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Good location. Friendly staff. Free parking. Short walk to restaurants and the city gardens to see the monkeys.

Excellent location. Amazing finish to the rooms and very clean. The parking is not a problem at all.

This is a modern contemporary hotel. The professional team are on the whole warm and welcoming. An excellent location within walking distance of central Launceston.

Parking was hit and miss, fundamentally appears to be limited.

Not enough car parking spaces

Room was spacious and comfortable.Breakfast was epic- highly recommend.Hotel had a really calm and quiet feel to it.Walking distance to the lovely park, as well as a multitude of restaurants and shops.

Parking can be a small problem

A stylish contemporary hotel opposite historic Albert Hall and the Botanical Gardens. Rooms are high-ceilinged, spacious and beautifully lit with original pieces of modern art.

The hotel was pleasant and clean, staff was friendly and fixed issues without problems. Value was good and location was nice.

I felt the food options nearby were a little lacking however we went on Sunday Monday nights and that is likely the problem as there were plenty of placing within walking distance that was closed.

The rooms were very nice and modern. Bed was so comfortable and the staff were super kind. Will definitely be back!

Great contemporary industrial design. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Perfect location. Restaurant food was fabulous both dinner and breakfast.

Stunning beautiful hotel. So close to everything. Absolutely gorgeous room. Down stairs restaurant has an amazing chef and the food is superb.

Mattress was too soft

Location was excellent. We were there only for one night and did not get to enjoy many of the facilities. There was ample parking after office hours until morning. The mattress was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The furnishing in the room were high grade, all catering to our comfort.

We were there for too short a period to comment on this.

Feels more like a business hotel

This is a small but very modern hotel. The room had good size as a city hotel and they also offered free car parking (we didn't have any issue for its availability as we only stayed one night on a public holiday). We stayed in twin and the bed had just enough size (maybe what's called king single? not super spacious queen size but also not the unconfortable bunk room bed size). The room was generally quiet only some voices from the corridor was heard overnight.There is a bakery literally next door (they also have bigger one just at the next corner down the road) which was a good source of breakfast.

The location was perfect for the event at city park, staff were lovely and bed was lovely and comfortable.
