The price and convenient location. The dinner was also tasty with a short wait with friendly staff. Despite having a separate shower room for my exclusive use, it was only a short walk and it was very clean with everything you need with adequate space.

The food was absolutely terrible. Can only assume it was the shift manager that while accommodating us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling for the terrible food, he didnt seem impressed at all and never even saw a smile.The room had dust everywhere, crap spilled on top of the fridge. It was far from clean, although, clean sheets. Weirdly coming down a little unwell today.

Close to the city centre for our requirements, clean and spacious room with own bathroom, helpful and friendly staff.

It was noisy from patrons and music downstairs but that was expected on a Friday night at a pub which also had a function on, so this is not a complaint just a realistic view for anyone to consider. We slept well regardless.

Small, cozy we spent most of the day outside the facility so nothing bothered us, we were a bit surprised that the bathroom was in the corridor but private, no shared, we had no information about it, but it wasn't a big minus, more of a surprise as I mentioned above, the service was nice

Wifi is very poor, bathroom was across the hallway and need to bring key every time to use it, no aircon, bed very uncomfortable, a lot of dust on the air refresher

A basic and cheap hotel that is pretty centrally located.

Not sure why they needed my credit card information, when everything was paid in advance via booking.

Location was great, food was great. Staff were great. Room and bathroom was tidy. It was what I expected for a 3 star hotel.

Value price for the room, location, bathroom. You got your own bathroom (not ensuite).

The towels in bathroom were fluffy.

Ants crawling along window sills. Mould in bathroom. The fact that bathroom was separate from room. Better communication in lounge regarding no table service. We sat waiting for 25mins. till staff told us we had to order food at the bar. Pillows far too flat. We both woke with stiff necks.

Arrived late and staff were excellent in getting me checked in and sorted. Thank you.

The location was good

I didn't stay once I saw the room. It reeked of cigarette smoke - stale and fresh, and only had a fan and a window for ventilation. The round burn marks in the carpet from dropped cigarettes next to the bed didn't raise my opinion any higher. I walked in, opened the windows and turned the fan on which did nothing for the smell and promptly handed the key back in. I was told by the staff that a refund could not be processed on site because I booked through Booking.com, I haven't been able to find a way to apply for a refund on Booking.com either.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

The carpets need a good clean (or at least a vacuum). There were stains all over the carpets and my room had hair all over the carpeted floor. The lights and fan didn’t work in the bathroom, only heater. The window didn’t really open other than by force and the blind was broken.
