Pros +
- Staff and in house bar
- Being a hotel I was a little concerned about late night noise but was pleasantly surprised by quiet. Free drink was appreciated. Clean and tidy, value for money.
- Clean, safe , very helpful, nice and courteous staff to this American traveler in Australia
Cons -
- The street side was very noisy
- Aircon outside window was a little noisy being a light sleeper.
- Bed linens were fresh but room looked like it hadn’t been used for a while as there was a light dusting of dust on hard surfaces, sink and kettle. While the hotel room was quiet- windows had no double glazing and there’s a main road outside.

Comfy bed

Good value, great staff and bistro.
Rooms were clean but old and small.
bar & restaurant
the showers could do with a fix up but for the price all goods
Well, it was in fact a room containing a bed. That’s about all I can say.
Access arrangements, age, size, lack of amenities, terrible bed, apparent use as halfway house
The location was close to shops and public transport, also has good off street parking.
Toilets a little basic could use some renovating.
Beds comfortable and clean. Floor not vacuumed, hair left in sink and bath. Reception hard to find. Entry and exit to accommodation not easily accessible. Not wheelchair or aged friendly.
The ladies in food bar were wonderful so was the meals
I left my room at 7am as I had to go to hospital on way to the hospital I realised I left my sunglasses on the fridge in my room so called the hotel straight away they said no one was in my room but glasses were gone I no they was left there but the dishonesty has left this a bad experience
Never again
The bed was awful. The couch was stained. You could literally open windows and walk onto the roof. It felt dirty . The airconditioning on the roof was so loud we couldn't possibly sleep.
The room itself was fine...Sink with mirror was hood. Tea & coffee provided, very comfortable bed, nice squishy pillows. But no extra blanket if I was cold, & no tissues. I enjoyed my meal in the Bistro & the staff there were lovely & very accommodating.
My room was on the main street & therefore quite noisy with the bedhead right under the window. Not good. And unfortunately next to the entry door to accommodation.Every Tom Dick & Harry staying on the same night as me banged & slammed doors every 5 seconds all through the night. I couldn't believe the noise. & did not get one wink of sleep. I had to be up @ 3.30am. to get to the airport @ 5am. Will not stay there again unless I stipulate that I want a room on the other side of the building.
Location is very good just next to KFC pizza, some restaurant, and coles wooly just cross the roadconnect with Chemistry house you can basically get everything you need for life
kinda not too clean and you can hear next door when they talking.
Polite Staff
Room was small and musty, the bed had stains all over the sides. View was of the Hotel Roof which was covered in rubbish. Room was made up, but had bathmats instead of Towels. Poor parking, couldn't access the Hotel unless you went outside and walked around to another entrance. Didn't end up staying Would not recommend
Clean bedding, towls, air con, fridge, coffee tea.
Shower screen dirty, small rooms upstairs.
Bad
The linens were not changed..Bedsheets were full of hair. We had to purchase bedsheets from target..Very poor cleanliness..
Conveniently close to bus stop and shops, very friendly staff over the phone too. Really great that they allow late check ins given I flew in on the last plane. Bed was comfy, shower was fine.
Noisy fridge, also were provided with multiple bath mats and hand towels but no bath towels. Rubbish left under the bed too from previous guests.
Very clean room and friendly staff. There is also a small kitchen with a small refrigerator and microwave. Also includes a welcome drink.
. The hotel is far from the city.. They do not change towels daily.. The price of accommodation is expensive, considering that the bathroom is shared.. Rusty and really dirty toaster.. On the day of check-out, they did not allow me to store my suitcase there, so I could walk around until I caught my flight to Hobart in the evening.
