clean, great location

almost impossible to sleep with the noise of doors and pod sliding shutters opening and closing all night

The bed was comfortable and it’s in a good central location.

The kitchen unfortunately was not clean. The microwave was filthy and we had to clean it before using. The kitchen also did not have cooking facilities beyond a microwave, toaster and rice cooker.The bathroom did not seem to have been recently cleaned.The lights remained on all night in the pod area which made it hard to sleep. Our locker did not lock properly and could be opened easily without scanning the key card.

Great location

Kitchen facility’s not cleaned and inadequate for number of guests often having to wait for extended periods just to wash up a spoon and no room in fridge for items. First night pods lights when on the fritz and were stuck on all night. Reported to staff next day and was told the manager would come and see me and they never did.

It was very clean and comfortable and ideally located.

Constantly needing to carry the key card to pass through doors was pretty annoying, especially during the night.

The Pod was very good, spacious and clean. Pod 10/10

The bathroom situation is in dire need of improvement, especially late evening and at night. Bathroom 3/10

Great location central to everything

Good facilities but the kitchen was messy as a lot of stuff around.

Clean, easy check in, everything you need

You need really good earplugs. The capsule material is extremely loud and all night people are coming and going.No isolation from noise.No reception, on check in or check out. Didn't know what to do with my bag. Rang the bell a few times, no one came

I love Japanese pod style accommodations. Happy that there was one in Launceston that was budget-friendly.It was well ventilated. I stayed for 2 nights in the summer and it was comfortable throughout the day and night. I appreciated the 2 hooks inside the pod as well as the assigned towel hooks outside the pods -- and a free towel! The mattress, bedding and pillows were all soft and very comfortable.The location was good. It is located near the edge of the main city center, but close to restaurants, the supermarket and parks.

Staff is only available limited time each day. The women's bathrooms was clean but could use a round of cleaning at night. On my last night of my 2-night stay, one of the 2 toilets was clogged so the trash bin in the only available toilet was overflowing with rubbish.

A great experience, beds, pillow are super comfortable. The area is clean and the staff are very helpful.

Not that I didnt like, but I was expecting the kitchen to have a stove. But it make sense why it doesn't have.

Pods were spacious, clean and the communal area was a good place to meet people. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and it was easy to get settled in. Definitely recommend if you want your own space but still want the hostel feel and opportunity to meet other travellers. Very central location as well.

The privacy, and somehow the organisation.

I've asked to anticipate my check-in via email, which I received a positive response to, but when I was there, the receptionist told me check-in would be available after 2 pm

Was a great place for a short stay, the pods were cozy and comfortable.

They were not as noise insulated as I had thought. I could hear the person next to me snoring.

Clean, tidy and convenient

Good price for a one night stay and the pod was roomier than I had expected, so I didn’t feel claustrophobic. I would definitely consider staying again.

Shower facilities weren’t very clean. I wish the pod was more sound-proofed.

Pleasant

There is NO stovetop in the kitchen, you CANNOT cook food there. There is a toaster and a microwave... and a sign that says NO COOKING.Good for one night but not more.
