central location, easy to find.

1. would have appreciated knowing that reception closes at 7pm - the email telling us this arrived after we had left home. Luckily we arrived before 7. 2. Kept sliding out out of bed - the mattress edge collapsing.

The hotel owner is super friendly, helpful and provided many great sightseeing tips which made our trip very enjoyable.

The heritage building is so cute with lovely details.

Some of the rooms don’t have air conditioning but this really was not an issue for our stay as the inside temperature is comfortable.

The location was convenient and the staff friendly

It was reasonably clean in all the places you can see, but not clean elsewhere ie the bathroom curtain was filthy, cobwebs, dusty curtains. I wouldn't use the outdoor kitchen as it looked unkempt and grubby.

A welcoming host. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom facility. Safe parking. Clean and comfortable.

The room was unique and it suited our purpose.

We found the bed to be firmer than we are used to, but it prepared us for sleeping on our self inflating mattresses on the Overland Track!

The rooms are a great size and very comfortable and the location is quiet and close to the centre of everything. Sunny the manager is always welcoming.

We were so disappointed we didn’t bother staying the night and went elsewhere.

This is NOT a Motel, it’s just a house which is partly divided up into rooms.It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures.

Easy 10min walk to city centre shops, cafes, art galleries etc. Welcoming manager who went out of his way to help.

Close to the city but still a quiet location. I always feel welcomed whenever I stay here. My room was a great size

Enjoyed the kitchen area and the homely style

The ability to open a window would be appreciated to let fresh air in.

An experience I would miss

This place is piled high with stuff in every nook and cranny even the rooms are jammed. Also the Booking advertisement is over inflated. The state of the art air conditioning and cooling is large, not effective on 30+ days and noisy. No washing clothes facilities even though that was on the description.

Location was good, parking was easy, owner was very friendly and the place looked lovely.

Very quirky little house close to downtown. It was very homey with a the nice large room that had everything I needed. They also have parking behind the motel if you need it
