    • Had a room with Bathtub/ShowerWhich I couldn’t use because of knee Problem Went to reception and staff member was Really good And changed our room for a Walk in shower no extra cost Very happy

Location was good-very close to main city.Bed-Comfortable

Parking-was a challengeRoom was a bit small in comparison to Rydges Hobart which we stayed at before LauncestonRoom service-extra charge to deliver dessert to our room (staff should have been mentioned this charge at time of ordering)

Proximity to UTAS Stadium, bathroom/waterfall shower was amazing!

For the price, rooms were smaller than expected

Friendly staff, great location. Hotel restaurant was awesome. Food was delicious.

The hotel bathroom was very old compared to the rooms which were great.

Conveniently located to parklands and city mall.

    Bit noisy at times

    9MichellePosted on: 1-14-2026

Beautiful park across road and walk to town and restaurants

Extra steps with suitcases even though you can use the lift to get to the floor you still need to go up steps

    9JaredPosted on: 1-3-2026

The bed was comfy, the room clean, the bathroom modern and well presented. Car park big and close and the city centre was very nearby. Overall a very good stay.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and it took a little bit of searching to find somewhere to eat in Launceston on a Sunday night. But that wasn't really the hotels' fault.
