The Tram bar wasn't open, when it was advertised that it was, I was looking forward to meeting people there.

The location was great, right in the middle of the city. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately on a Saturday night, it was very noisy. Loud cars and people yelling while out for the evening. To be expected in the middle of town.

Really handy location to downtown Launceston, with short walking distance to bars, restaurants and surrounds.

We have stayed here a few times as it is a great location close to everything.

I’ll stay. This time was terrible. The sheets were over starched and there was so much noise from the apartment above and the apartment. Next door we had no sleep. The staff on check-in were lovely but later when the staff changed the woman was very rude.

Checkout was 11am which i thought meant a good sleep in but people cleaninig rooms next to us and above made if impossible it was bang bang bang bang the noise was unbeleivable. Do not have a late night.

The hotel was close to all facilities being in town and the room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The noise level in the streets was terrible staying on a Saturday night cars were hooning up the street and people screaming not much sleep was had.

Central location and very tidy. Conveniently had a vending machine in the lobby. Rooms were modern with nice bedside lamps and wooden drawers and tables.The hotel went above expectations for this stayI didn't realise I was upgraded to a spa suite, so that was a nice surprise. Room was immaculate and front desk service on check in and check out was excellent. Very friendly staff and pleasant stay. Room had everything you need, a nice 2 seater lounge and an armchair along with 2 TVs, coffee pod machine and a clothes steamer. Plenty of amenities for a 4 star property. Impressive!

The property is very tired . No ceiling fan in bathroom or toilet brush .

great central loacation. Clean and comfortable. Shower over bath was a pain, but had non slip mat and grab rails

Noisy at night

Great location with easy walking distance to places to eat and drink. Comfortable king bed.

Very noisy guests and traffic. The doors slam from very early in the morning and walls don't block out the neighbours!
