Underwhelmed

Stains on couch, mould in bathroom, cobwebs on ceiling, dusty. Didn't see a single staff member, couldn't get extra towels, only sink was in bathroom

Really old fluoro lights above the bunk beds and one was flicking on and off so couldn't use it to read by and the light where the tea making area didn't work at all. The air con would only face down so had to be propped open. Not good enough for the price paid. The rooms need updating badly.

Great, handy location. Full amenities. Good food. Clean and modern facilities.

Shower tended to leak all over the bathroom floor which had no extra drainage. Couch could do with an update. TV in bedroom kept switching back to default screen. Bed had no bedside lamps.

Nice room, ideal for a short stay.

There was quite a bit of noise from the road outside which disturbed us. Shame the sauna was out of action.

The room was big and very clean had everything i needed would stay there again

Noisy. Guy’s drinking of outside room. Bar closed I’m guessing. 11PM. Stay in Lonny weekly. Probably look elsewhere. Week before not as bad but not great.

We arrived very late but everything was exactly as they said making our very late check in very easy room was clean and comfortable

Ran out of body wash in shower and no spares

Good customer service. Kitchen facilities available. Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Walk to IGA, bottleshop and Tavern. Easy commute to/from airport.

Fairly small for 4 adults but OK for 1-2 nights. Dishwasher worked but leaked and tilted. Toilet isn't separate to the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating

The rooms are dark, the beds were hard

Couch was very crubby and stained need a good clean why would you expect people to sit on.it

Quiet once in the room and away from the road traffic.Parking at the door.Cleanliness.Hotel attached - food was good.

No outdoor seating.No pen and paper.No washing machine powder / liquid for clothes.No ceiling fans.No air conditioner control info.Light switches not wired correctly and some broken.Electric plugs by the head of bed / pillow area in twin room - dangerous.

Have stayed before and the location is great for what we need. The restaurant on site was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Could do with a bit of modernisation overall.

The staff member we met was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and adequate for a 1 night stay. I required extra pillows due to a medical condition and they were supplied.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Much too hard. We couldn't sleep at all. Decided to pack and drive back to Hobart at 11.30 pm.

Great hotel, great drinks at the bar and insane gaming room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the dining room. The food was delicious.

Convenient location

Air conditioning. One part of the room was cold whereas other side was hot/warm. Sound insulation between the rooms. Was able to hear mobil alarm coming from adjoining rooms.

The shower was fantastic. The bed was good for me but a little too firm for my wife which is the usual for us. The room was clean. I loved the spa and pool. IGA close walk and also another laundrette if motel one is being used. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area

Kitchen was well equipped, tall ceilings, spacious living/kitchen area, TV in the bedroom was a surprising bonus, good pressure showers, very comfy bed.

Staff were lovely. Apartments were well equipped and cosy

The location isn’t amazing but fine if you have a car
