best location amid most popular restaurant, walks etc..

Parking was paid but managebale.

Lovely location and very comfortable suite with wonderful views.

Room had minimal kitchen items. It was good for the one night we stayed but I would not get the same room for multiple nights. Location is great. Walked to the gorge and loved it.

coffee maker, complimentary crackers and cheese. Parking was difficult.

The suite was enormous and very comfortable.

The view was a bit disappointing for a waterfront hotel. We literally looked at Bunnings and Office works but otherwise it was a great location

Received a pre-check in call to confirm booking, required room configuration & parking.Room was spacious, clean & quiet. Parking appeared full on arrival, but staff were very helpful & had a spot reserved for us - a very busy wknd in Launceston.Staff called us within half an hour of check out to advise the cleaners had found a charger left in the room & offered to post.

Bathroom was spacious but lacked bench space to place toiletries & make up bags.Room lacked a full length mirror.

Everything was just fabulous. Loved the views and proximity to beautiful restaurants. Staff were very helpful and engaged with their customers!

The room was a good size, and the armchairs were comfortable.

The staff particularly on check in we asked about where we could purchase some supplies, got a vague answer about Woolworths a fair wak, no map, no advice that WiFi was available....We needed to go to a bus tour pickup spot leaving the hotel at 7.00 am, the desk manager had no advice about early breakfast

A beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, with many quality options to go out for drinks and dinner in the immediate vicinity. A good gym available in the sister hotel just across the bridge. We loved our stay.

Great location, we could walk to most places. Room service was good and attentive eg cleaning staff.Reception staff - friendly and helpful.Comfortable room and bed. Good water pressure and shower.Good towels.

Breakfast place next door was very ordinary. No restaurant in house like Peppers at Silos.

Great location, room was excellent and bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable, great river view. Staff were lovely and car parking was a little extra payment but very convenient. Lovely restaurants very close.
