- We came to Launceston for Festivale and this was the perfect location, only a block from the venue. Great water pressure, comfy bed, clean and modern. At night there was an amazing DJ downstairs and we danced until the early hours.
- Wonderful, friendly, and super kind staff. The room was very comfortable and spotless with high-quality, bedding and towels etc..The bar was busy but they had plenty of staff on and the food choices were great.

- Be aware that there is no parking onsite. Wasn't a huge drama on Saturday and Sunday as most of the on street parking was free. But during the week it could be a problem. Also, the pub across the road has VERY loud music until about 3am. Not a problem as I wear earplugs but something to note if you're looking for a 'quiet' location.
- Noise level but they did state that it would be loud during certain nights.
- The place seemed to be second to the pub out front.There was very little in the way of furniture A chair and a bed.Not enough glasses to drink from. very little for the price, we had more for less in Birnie.No breakfast, and the lack of affordable food had us looking around town. When you consider the price, the pub meals were quite expensive. The rooms are adjunct to the pub, not much else.

Bed was too hard and pillows were very flat.
The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was well advertised that Friday, Saturday & Sunday are noisy but bring some ear plugs and it is ok if you are early to bed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to everything. Good value for money.
