We enjoyed the close proximity to the City as we didn¿t have a Car and the Wonderful Friendly Staff!

1.its a nightclub be warned 2.no parking $3.50 an hour public 3.can be viewed from hallway in bathroom 4. DJ setup that rattles your room didn't stay ended up driving home at 9pm didn't enjoy at all wouldn't recommend

The loc is great but the room was on a main road and there was no air conditioning.

The TV screen was damaged and therefore the picture was affected, the tap on the vanity basin floated and thereforedifficult to operate, and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The bedroom is very small and difficult to position one suitcase let alone two.

Location was very handy.

Room fan was noisy. Toilet was noisy from a running leak. Coffee/tea service in room had one cup. PowerPoint next to right hand bed half hanging off wall.

Very poor

It was a warm night, and I wanted to turn the fan on until I saw how much dust was on it at least an inch thick. Went to have a shower and there was no hot water even after running it for 30 minutes. Could've had a real cup for coffee not a paper cup.

The location

It was absolutely filfthy. Stains on the bed linen, dust on the windowsills, pubic hair in the shower, dirty carpets, broken amenities.....

Good for an overnight stop over ie arrive late night and check out early. Staff were helpful and honest about the location of the hotel. Enjoy a pint downstairs at the Bar. Off street parking after 4pm to 9am.

Noisy next door room, road hoons traffic noise. Not the hotels's fault but nonetheless noisy.

There was a woman yelling at night she even broke the door and knocked our room door yelling bad words. So scary left me no option but to lock the door and hide like no one is in the room. I had this encounter last day so I couldn't complain the staff as I was in a hurry to leave in early morning. Room carpets were not clean and was really dusty.. No car park arrangements. Staff was a bit odd too as they were so busy with the pub and they asked me my bank card details big red flag. Since it is in the bookings why do I give them again. And its really a problem if those credentials were taken by someone else. Breakfast packages advertised in the room aren't available anymore. Otherwise okey. Cheap

We had a drugged intruder enter our room at 2.30am. Yelling, knocking on everyone's doors. No response from emergency staff phone. Had to vacate the room at 4am due to the ongoing nature of the drugged person. Staff were very unhelpful in email response the following day. Extremely unsatisfied with the accommodation. Also. No cups supplied, no fan, no option to swap room.

Very hot room with a very, very hard bed. Room was not very clean, with lots of hair on the carpet and dirty bathroom floor and behind toilet.

There is nothing to like about this accommodation.

We paid $142 for a Saturday night stay. The website notes that "Saturday nights can be loud in the hotel because of the live music from the bar below."What we were not told until check-in was that a private function would be running until 3am in a function room upstairs, directly adjacent to the accommodation rooms.That is very different from general bar noise “below.”Nothing about a 3am function next to the rooms was disclosed prior to arrival. It was simply mentioned at check-in, when cancelling was no longer a realistic option.During soundcheck, the windows and door were vibrating. It was obvious that sleeping there would not be possible.When I raised this, we were told we “shouldn’t book a room above a pub” and criticised for booking through Booking.com. I asked the manager to allow me to explain my position and was repeatedly spoken over. When we decided to leave and find alternative accommodation, the response was a dismissive wave and a condescending “bye bye.” accompanied with a smirk.No alternative solution was offered and a refund declined.If scheduled events are planned in advance, guests should be informed before arrival and given the opportunity to cancel. Disclosing this only at check-in feels deliberately timed to avoid refunds.We found a genuinely quiet room elsewhere for an additional $40.If you value an honest establishment and good sleep, book elsewhere.

We had no choice but to stay here because of cancelled flights. I definitely would not stay here if I had other options. No aircon, the fan didn't work, very very noisy.

No air conditioner, uncomfortable bed, there’s even no a seat in the room, but charge you $180

The room had no A/C and felt like we were in a sauna with the heat of the Fridge. Was very difficult to sleeep

there was not hot water working.my room had the air conditioning units outside my window noise kept me awake all night.the widow was disgusting could not see through it for bird droppings

Friendly staff

Very dirty room unfortunately, very hot and no one on site at night. We had a woman causing a lot of noise and chaos in the early hours of the morning.
