Washing base is dirty and linen is not clean . It has live bug on it (room 3 )

Located close to stanley with all sights. Value for money is certainly good.

facilities in standard rooms are a bit aged.

A bit obsolete. I was thinking about the motel on the other side of the road before turning up.

The staff were lovely and the room was clean.

The bed was a little uncomfortable

The room was clean and comfortable and appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of lighting options from bright over the mirror to low on the wall and bedside lights too. We highly rated the Australian fine China mugs, much better than the usual duraceram found in hotels.

Forgot to mention to reception that the basin drain is running very slow and probably needs cleaning out.

The price, but after stay we realized even that was too much for sleepless night.We heard there is a good restaurant but we came late and it was closed.

The room and linen was dirty, yellow and I am not sure if they actually changed it before we came. But we were late so there was nobody to help with that. Room was next to shared bathroom and there was no insulation whatsoever, so we heard everybody and everything. Plus the screen from the window was not there (was on the roof bellow) and some sort of air-con engine was going all night next to our window. It might be a good accommodation for seasonal workers (it looked like that), but not for us. It was a sleepless night.

Old hotel with great staff and evening meals being pretty good. HEAPS of clean bathroom needs.

Good location. Lovely meal at the pub. Room was clean, tidy. Hotel was busy with all rooms booked but there was no noise from other guests or traffic.

My room was at the end - there was some kind of noise next to it overnight.
