Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds.

The facilities were great, also the restaurant good food and fair prices

The staff was a bit though, we lost the room key and they demanded 5$ to let our car leave the priperty, only after they called their boss they let us go without paying for the key

I loved the garden landscape .. tranquillity. The staff was very accommodating of our preferences . They upgraded us to junior suite. All the amenities were fully functional .

Bathroom size & layout .. shower space is so small that only a child could shower comfortably & toilet is in the corner making it more claustrophobic. I personally have a phobia for geckos & there geckos outside the cottage walls which is very scary for me.

A peaceful and beautifully maintained hotel, perfect for relaxation. The Indian food was truly outstanding — some of the best I’ve had anywhere.The swimming pool and gym are both excellent, clean, and well equipped. Even if you don't use them much, it’s clear the hotel takes great care with its facilities.The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.A small tip for future guests: bring mosquito repellent if you plan to enjoy the outdoor areas like the pool, terrace, or lounge. It helps make outdoor time even more comfortable.Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, excellent food, and a calm, refreshing environment.

The garden was beautiful.The pool and the gym was nice. Near to mushi town.

The rooms would need a little fresh up. The same breakfast for a week, would like more variation. The stuff was not so helpful, didn’t do the extra for the guest. Soo many stuff standing all days, they semed bored and no smiles , could have been more helpful/intressted .

Amazing staff.....and the view of the Mt. Kilimanjaro in the morning was probably my best feature, simply addictive! I have to specially thank the gateman (unfortunately I forgot his name) for his endeavor to show us great places to see the mountain....lovely chap! All the staff were simply great!

The hotel is serene, very clean and deeply beautiful. The service is amazing, responsive and on point. The manager/owner and staff are customer-centric and always serve you will a smile. The food is also amazing. I highly recommend a visit to the hotel.

Substandard property

Mosquitoes, ants, no fan, malfunctioning ac, poor food lousy breakfast and cost

Fresh fruit. The pool facility was good. Beers readily available, however, could have been colder.

Cold coffee on offer. Lack of clarity on breakfast times. Waitress/chef didn't listen to the requests about how to fry the eggs! The breakfast included extra items which were not requested or desired; roti, salad, fried bready doughnut and potatoes. Unnecessary food waste as bread was also available.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Great location. Tranquil atmosphere. Beautiful establishment.

Just to be aware - food was all cooked freshly which meant waiting a little longer. It was delicious however

Rooms were a little dated but every thing worked. Had Good AC and hot water. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant served good food with plenty of choices, prices were affordable. The gym had lots of free weights and necessary equipment, however, the machines are old and some didn't work at all. The pool was open and refreshing. The restaurant staff served around the pool. Our room was upgraded when we arrived which was a great surprise.

Location was a little isolated but close enough to things to do with a car or motorbike. There was loud construction going on in front of our room.
