Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. It was as hard as sleeping on the pads while camping.

Apart of beautiful lodges localized in the Moshi suburbs, this hotel seems to be the one of the best localized in the city center of the town.Rooms proposed by the hotel has a very different sizes. Bathroom in the rooms and breakfast buffet are basic but nothing is missing. We were extremely satisfied about the service. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem.

There was no hot water. After a week trekking Kilimanjaro, this was the ONLY thing I wanted from a hotel

The room was very large and clean.

The shower was not hot, the shower curtain was not long enough so water got on the floor, they did conststuction during the day so the room was load, the room was not sound proof so I heard all of road noise and and someone watching a football match. The tolet was also missing the button to flush it. The a/c also periodically stopped. There was also a power outage for about 3 minutes after which the hotel turned some of the breakers.

Friendly staff, great food at very reasonable price, lovely pool area. Deluxe rooms very spacious. Everything we needed for before/after our Kilimanjaro climb and safe luggage storage while we were away.

The restaurant was very slow . It took 2 hours to get food from order. Food itself was average for Tanzania. I did have one issue on late checkout. I was told $37 us would be the charge, but they tried charging me $80 US .

The view from rooftop terrace is really good. It gives a full view of Mt Kilimanjaro on a clear day and the soft light during sunrise and sunset is beautiful.

Location, cleanliness of the room, staff politeness

Staff were all just lovely. Breakfast was great, varied and served over 3 hours, and the evening menu is varied and the evening meals I had were delicious too. The room was huge, and quiet (my room overlooked the inner courtyard and swimming pool) even though the hotel is really close to the centre of town. Bonus is the fabulous view from the open top floor - of Moshi town and Kilimanjaro.

Hard to find a criticism really. The hotel uses a generator so that there is electricity even when the local supply fails. But the generator isn't strong enough to power the air conditioning and water heating all the time, so on one occasion I didn't have enough hot water. Hardly a major problem!

Friendly staff, nice and very celan rooms, central location, breakfast and dinner was okay. I can honestly recommend this hotel.

The staff is helpful and super friendly. In the city center but very quiet area. Some rooms and the terrace have views over Kilimanjaro. Safe place to leave money and valuable when going to Kilimanjaro

At 70-100 USD rates, more variety for breakfast would be appreciated
