GHS Hotel

Brilliant manager on staff who was incredibly accommodating, polite and helpful. The ambience of the hotel upon first arriving was great and the driver who took me to the airport was incredibly polite. The hotel made for an easy commute to my clients office.

Steak was not cooked medium and the breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the manger kindly compted part of my meal. There was also a black out from around 5am-9am, the phone lines weren’t working snd I was unable to go to the reception as the stairwell had no light. It thwarted my early morning gym plans

Central location (just across you have a great bakery and pizza place, wood oven!). Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean

No rally much to say. I liked the place

Very central location, clean place, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I struggled with wifi for the first two days. The staff however fixed the problem

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, good location, great view over the river from my room, hot shower,

Mosquitoes, a few cockroaches in the room when checking in, the wifi was not dependable and often I wasn't able to connect, the outdoor space is close to the road and not very private or quiet.

Reception, Housekeeping, Room, Bed, linen, wash rooms , hot water are very good

Breakfast can be worked uponLike availability Glasses, refill , hot coffee, coffee spoon etc

The room was clean, comfortable and breakfast very good. Very good location. We had good support for all informations. Shuttle was perfect

For a 4 stars hotel, we had to ask for simple things like items for 2nd person in the room. There was one guy from reception clearly not informed on what was free and not. The picture on the web site did not reflect the reality on the room.

The breakfast was really good and the room were very clean as well and the views from the rooms are to die for

Nothing I like everything

Lots if Mosquitoes free of cost

Very poor service, they don't speck English, it's full of Mosquitoes, I have order water and it's took 1;30 Hours to bring water to my room. After request they don't put Mosquitoes spry in the hotel room.

Free lots of Mosquitoes

Poor Services, full of Mosquitoes and free malaria, the staff don't speck English. The manager even not turn back when we raised complaints and disappeared. To bring water bottle they took 1:30 hours.

Bad

They took 1:30 hours to bring water bottles, the receptionist staff don't speck English. There is lots of Mosquitoes and even after instructions to out Mosquitoes spary they didn't put the spray. After several requests the spray when I was in room, which gives respiratory problem. Most worst hotel in Brazzaville.
