- Air conditioner didnt work, it was very hot during the night.There was no blackout courtin so it was very lightning even at dawn. To much noise from outside.

I am an american who cannot speak Portugese and unfamiliar with the range and cost of hotels in Brazil. This hotel was close to where I needed to be and did everything a person could reasonably expect to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. They always managed to find someone who could speak english and answer my questions. The pool was closed for maintenance and they had no comfortable place to have a cigarette or I have rated them perfect. I especially liked the bed and the bathtub.

The staff are very professional and courtes. Accomodations are very good and clean.
Unfortunelly due covid-19 we could not enjoy the flacilities like swiming pool and gim. Also the hotel addopted trays at breakfast with only few things instead a buffet. But it was satisfatory.
I have stayed at Swan three times. It’s always a great experience. I particularly love their strong, hot shower!
