Rooms, especially bathrooms, are poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Restaurant/bar was out of a lot of stuff. Linens smelled like smoke even after requesting new ones. Housekeeping would come very late. Breakfast was terrible everyday

Everything was amazing! The staff is extremelly friendly, the food and breakfast were good, shopping center 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Swimming pool was also good, and the massage was from heaven!

Too noisy. That's the only reason I'm not giving 10. Guests were very loud (which is not the hotel fault), and since the billiard table is in the reception, people can get a bit excited while playing. I'm not sure if the hotel staff requested them to be a bit quieter. On Friday, there was a party at the restaurant. A lot of noise when the party was over (because before I don't care, as it was within reasonable time). Machinery noises, removal of equipments, and this kind of stuff. Also, my room had a window facing the swiming pool/service area. Again, a lot of noise from there from people working and delivering things. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is still amazing!! Just this detail that is preventing to be perfect.

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and varied. The pools were enjoyable, and the landscaping was beautifully designed.

I didn’t like that you have to carry your luggage from the parking lot to your room without any assistance. While there are luggage carts available in the lobby, there is no staff to help.I also found it inconvenient that there are only two elevators, and they are very slow.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. The pillows and the bed were wonderful.

Great location (next to mall and close to Airport), comfortable room & clean facilities. Good breakfast. Kids and I enjoyed the pool too.

Breakfast very good (with healthy choices too). Good location, close distance to city mall and supermarket. Restaurant could have a but more choices in the night, but employees at restaurant always very welcoming. Reception team, at least for me, in the past, has been warmer.

towels could be better, but not big deal. Overall everything ok.

the hotel lacks maintenance. the room room needs renovation as well as the building itself. Although the variety of food at breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs were cold, the sandwich maker was very dirty and there was burned cheese all over the hot surface. The pastries were delicious as well as the coffee.

The location. It is easy to get the city down town or take the high way to another places.

Old Hotel with old instalations, Swimming pool not working, staff was stressed due to many complains from customers at desk. (Other customers). The hotel needs a reforme to meet the standards from other hotels from the same Hotel-Group.

disappointing

- very slow unstable internet. After calling reception, they wanted to return, but nobody called back- central aircondition plant in front of window. very loud-sewer smell in bathroom

well located, easy access

room worn out, breaksfast below expectation of simple and good. There was only one bath towel in the room, we asked for a second one but it never came.

Great location, clean and confortable room, breakfast was good and Staff were very friendly.

The staff was very helpful. The room was bright and tidy.It has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was very limited. The swimming pool was dirty and we been told by staff that wasn't recommended to use it, on a sunny, 35 degrees day. For the price we paid, the whole experience was disappointing.
