When they bring the food they always forget something. No facilites like hair brush, even when ask the reception. A lot noise from the window closed.What kill a room aesthetics is the pillows and feet in the bed with colours, don’t need. all white please.

High floor room.Staff was very supportive. Large room, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant with good choices and sparkling wine.Safety: must use card to choose floor in the lifters.

Breakfast was great. However, the waiter was rude, not allowing to get in at 6:28am, while it opens at 06:30am. Also because there was somebody inside already having breakfast. Not a good way to start a Sunday morning with a quarrel because of 2 minutes.

The bedroom is dated, breakfast could be better with more variety of fruits and breads, more quality of the coffee.There is no iron in the bedroom, no kettle for a tea or coffee. It doesn’t like a 4 stars hotel
