Clean, good breakfast, comfortable

A little far from town

The hotel and the rooms were super fresh and spotlessly clean. Very good value for money. Staff was super helpful within their zone. Inhouse casino and kids play zone is cheery on the cake for guests staying in the hotel.

The location is slightly off the city though the surroundings are scenic and quiet. Breakfast has no veg options for a vegetarian guest. There is no support staff or porter to help the guest with luggage and other service.

The room was to small.?The bathroom was to small.?The dining room was open everybody could see you eat.?The breakfast was the same for the days that we were there.?TV took very long to switch on.?On arrival there were no toilet paper in the bathroom.

The service staff were great and the location is good.

Apparently a room down the passage was flooded before we got there. There was a terrible bad damp smell. I asked for a different room and, after the receptionist did an extremely quick check, I was told that there wasn't any. So for my 2 night visit I was stuck with this damp smellHave a look at the photos to see the view from my "patio". I'm not impressed. Definitely won't be returning when there are other good options like the Protea Hotel or Perna Perna

Food was poor, breakfast average, room old, tv channels lacking, staff non existent

The location was great.The food at the casino restaurant was tasty and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast was not appealing and not tasty. The staff was not always welcoming and friendly. The toaster was mulfunctioning, always burning bread and some of the staff members were adamant that the burnt bread was fine.The hotel does not have a lift, only a staircase..The parking lot is open, they should consider carports.

Comfortable hotel in a secure area, with good clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

Noise from casino activities is noticable, but should be expected. Not a deal breaker.

Secure and easy to find

No bar in the hotel had to go to casino. Breakfast was chaos one person doing the egg cookery (very well indeed) wouldn’t stay again

Nice restaurants for dinner and great breakfast buffet. Beautiful hotel and surrounds.

Watch out for the mozzies by the pool area. Also quite a small room for the amount of money we paid for the room.

My table was not set and I had to find myself plates and cutlery. Had to wait for bowls. Too little staff. I also do not like the carpets - it is old and smelly

1.No staff to help with luggage. Had to use trolly up and down the stairs myself (61 years of age)2. No heating in room.

No direct access to the beautiful beaches

The breakfast ,friendly helpful staff, the location peaceful. Restful. It was just what we needed .we, my husband came to rest after hard years work and this is what he enjoyexd and did.

Old Aircon, struggled to sleep. It was too hot. If Breakfast was not included I would have driven home at night to get some sleep onder my own Aircon No booklet for guidance in the rooms. (Nearby facilities with directions or a phone guide)

Breakfast was great, little bit crowded at times, specially when weather is bad.

Breakfast hours could be extended to 11 o clock, for sleeping a bit late
