The location was perfect. Staff was friendly. For a 1 night stay over, it is perfect.

I had small cockroaches in my room. When I put my bag down, they came running. When I took my shoes off, I stepped on them.

- patio apartments are next to a busy street and it’s super loud, especially since there is no AC you are forced to pick between super loud noice or sweating - floor was very unclean, floor very sticky and gross- old and needs some renovation- terrible price value

The bathroom smells. No.smart TV. Wifi struggling. Bedding stained.

The 2 bed apartment was well-equipped and clean. It is located in the quaint older part of the town right at the sea/rocks. There are lovely sea-side walks from the location and restaurants are right below the building. I was concerned the nearby campsite would be noisy at night on Iron Man weekend but it definitely wasn't a problem. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Was a lovely stay.

Air flow to the bedrooms isn't great, but powerful fans are provided to help. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, but no kitchen basics are provided like dish soap or salt/pepper etc.

Vehicle wasn't able to park in the underground parking lot, due to height restriction. (Hyundai Staria)

loved the hotel and our room, very neat and tidy, staff very friendly as we arrived early morning hours at the hotel.

Didn't like the view of our room. the one bedroom did not have a door by the bathroom.

The location

The entrance was impractical. The bathroom's blinds was see threw. People could see at night. The curtains were very untidy.

Beautiful view over tidal pool and sea. Sound of waves while sleeping. Spacious and comfortable furniture. Kids can play down on the beach while keeping an eye on them from the apartment.

Sound of ocean at night can get a bit noisy.Smell of food being prepared down at the restaurant can become overwhelming at times.

Room was clean. Location was ideal. Staff were extremely helpful.

Will stay again.

Very noisy from street

After complaining I was given a different room. still not what I paid for, not the ocean view but ocean peek and parking lot, caravan park view.They expected me to accept the downgrade.Reception could care less.

I was not given the room that I had booked and paid for.I was told that another couple had the room prior to me and wanted to stay an extra day so they bumped me down to an inferior room, no compensation.

Location is great and very spacious

The shower needed a shelve, did not like to put my toiletries on the floor inside the shower

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Only fans available in the rooms. We had to ask for the TV remote. It wasn't given to us when we booked in. No coffee or tea provided you need to bring your own.

The location was perfect, the Staff was friendly and helpful.

The interior and the shower was leaking.

Expected a room with a view.

One mattress looks like a canoe, old Stains on white linen.

No hot water. We had a broken kettle in the room. Not at all what is described on your website. Would not go there again. There was a tv and decoder in the room however the decoder was not on because they didn’t supply a two pin plug
