They should mark the parking better. My parking was taken by others all the time. I had to park outside. No Air conditioning. The fan was very small.

How welcoming they still were so late at night. The place was beautiful and clean, exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money.

please uplift the building as it is in poor condition.and it was,nt safe there to park you cardo something with the furnisher.

It’s was my 9th visit and was as always very pleasant except for the Loadshedding. No light in the room at all

When we arrived at 21:00, the guy at the desk, was very helpful and helped us to carry the luggage to the room. It was so nice & peaceful there. The morning when we woke up we got ready to check out and had our breakfast first. Compliments to the Chef, when we checked out the lady at the receptionist said our breakfast was not included but it was fine, for myself and my hubby it was R160 and we were happy to pay it, once again compliments to the chef! It was honestly a nice stay! We will definitely make use of your lodge again!

The pool is huge for the size of the property

There is no natural air flowing through the place. I traveled from Cape Town with up to 42 degrees on the road then spent a weekend in a very stuffy accommodation unit. The front door is a sliding door, but there is not safety gate on. While we didn’t have a safety issue, we were unable to leave the sliding door open to get air into the place without sitting in the kitchen. We could not chill in lounge or take a shower without needing to close the front/sliding door. Causing more stuffiness.

The friendly staff, cool and clean facilities. Very secure place for solo and group traveller's.

Room was comfy and all we needed. It was nearby where we wanted to be for new years.

Thank you very much for the staff to accommodating us on a short notes and allow us to make use of the accommodation before check in time, and for the security who update me about the area and where it is safe to run and walk, we appreciate it.

Position was central and staff were excellent

There was no WiFi which was poor as I had work to do.TV was really bad - bad signal on all the available channels (which were poor) I suggest they should at least have the full DSTV bouquet.Toilet seat was wrong size for the toilet bowl (Unit D1) really strange

I booked a room with no aircon and they went out there way to get me a room with aircon and a heater as the weather didnt allow to go without it.

Staff uncertinty about there future as this hotel is currently going through some changes, it would be so nice if owners could keep management and staff all on the same space as to what the future holds for this hotel, owners to listen to staff or managment recomendations as these are the people who keeps the business going and clients happy

Hotel was amazing. Clean.

There were only panel heaters which don't get very warm especially in winter. Needed extra blankets. There is no tv, great if you have company but when you are on your own need to entertain yourself with some tv.

Everything as always. Comfortable and quiet.

The wifi signal to my room was bad. I didn't get any signal so I couldn't do any work.

Did not know that there was free wifi avaiable, maybe they can put a card with wifi codes in the room
