Beautiful beach, loved the view, clean and comfortable room.

There were tiling renovations at the entrance so it was a bit dusty and noisy. The room next to us had a smoker who smoked on the balcony, so that was a bit bothersome as the smell got to our room.

Located on the beach, beautiful view over the bay. Friendly staff and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the great breakfast, included.

Wine selection in the restaurant could be better, but that is a personal choice!

Only thing that was worth the premium paid for the accommodation was the sea views. Other than that, nothing special at all.

Staff knowledge of the area, even if they live in Mossel Bay they didn't have recommendations as to where to go etc. It was simply just not worth the money paid.

Ocean view fantastic, breakfast great, restaurant very nice, more than enough in room coffee, suger and milk to make a decent cup or 2 and refilled every day.

Breakfast was good.View was amazing!!!! room was good, I just don't appreciate that I have to ask 2 - 3 times for Shampoo and conditioner and still I couldn't get it.

I couldn't get Shampoo and Conditioner, something basic for these type of hotels.

The view from the hotel room was really stunning. Size of the room is also great, especially if traveling with big suitcases. The location of the hotel is nearby Safari (game drive) options.

During Our first night - we have called the reception to request water. We were told that there is no water available. This was really shocking for us, as we have never experienced anything like this during Our travels.

View, breakfast and room was great.Location was good.Easy access to the beach and little shop.Restaurant has a good menu. On Fridays the have half price sushi and everyday drinks special which is great when traveling on a tight budget.

On the day we wanted to stay in the room and rest and just binge series, there was intense drilling and hammering, we couldn't even hear the TV.We called reception to ask how long it would be going on for, they didn't answer the phone, waited an hour, after it was already going on and off for 2 hours. We rang again, luckily they answered, and tended to the situation.However, it defeated our idea of taking a nap and relax after breakfast. We paid full price but couldn't rest on our only full day at the hotel.

We had requested quiet rooms. I did not book a stay at a night club. The concierge helped us and assured us with the refund for the second night as none of us had slept. The management rejected. DO NOT STAY HERE.

View was exceptional. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. My husband is in a wheelchair, so they even allocated a parking spot near reception (not an allocated disabled parking) to make it easier for us. Great stay and will return in the future.

We stayed in the suite on the 11th floor. The suite was absolutely amazing. The staff also made a plan for us to shower when there was a water issue. Which was helpful and it was comfortable as can be.

There wasn’t a back up for the water issue which was experienced.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. Everything was giving 5 star. The sea view while eating was breath taking also waking up to some view was beautiful. I dont regret celebrating my anniversary there

We most definitely enjoyed being so close to the beach. The location is absolutely perfect and quite central. The view is impeccable. The facilities are fantastic especially the hotel’s restaurant. Their food (breakfast & dinner) was mouthwatering and divine. We didn’t consider any other restaurants while staying at this hotel as we were fully impressed. The hotel’s staff was so helpful, generous and kind. They were always willing to guide and provide us with recommendations. We absolutely appreciated the 24-hour security with our car while staying overnight.

The only thing we weren’t particularly fond of was the fact that if the parking bay of the hotel was full, guests must park in the undercover parking lot. You, as a guest, didn’t have eyes on your vehicle and it was a short walk to the entrance of the hotel. Everything else was absolutely amazing and impeccable.

But the internet/wifi was awful, not good for people who work remotely

View was out of this world - beautiful and breathtaking... Room was ok, just that we had kids running up and down on the 12th floor in the passage that made a lot of noise on the wooden part of the passage, but that calmed down - so overall we had a good stay - Thanks

Beautiful view. The bed slept great and the staff were lovely.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. When we arrived the hotel had an issue with water. They went as fas as to accommodate us in a massive Beach Club appartment. The restaurant was also really nice.our shower head was cracked when we arrived. The maintenance team sorted it out within 5 minutes of reporting it.overall, i have nothing to comllain about.

The views are amazing, overlooking the sunrise over the Indian Ocean. The chicken schnitzel at the restaurant is super good!

The windows could use better insulation for noise reduction.
