Hotel is clean and location is best..

Breakfast service needs much improvement. Food is not served is good manner. No proper staff to attend. Cold food served.

The room was nice and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walking distance to metro and market or ferry. Breakfast was tasty.

The facilities were very good, but it would be great if they were a little better maintained- like shower and taps. Rest was great :)

i had reached the railway station early in the morning 7.30 AM, though with kids, my stay was denied

Car parking facility is poor. സിustomer is fully responsible for the car. Parking is owners risk.

Great location..easy access to the marine drive.. Atmosphere was okey.staffs are friendly.

Bathroom doesn't have better light.WC was dirty.no one ever cleaned the edges.Room floor was muddy.Duvet cover had some oil stained also bedsheet had a hole.Tv channels was not working.Room maindoor safety bit disappointed.Not closing upto the standard.

location was good. room was not well maintained. AC was not working properly, not cooling. chair was broken. phone was dead. breakfast was poor.

The kettle was broken and we had to request for another kettle twice. The staff first asked us if we could adjust with the broken kettle

Room was very short. Bathrooms were neat and good

Location is about 1 km to beach

Not clean as property photos, no soap, tooth kit nothing. Breakfast is not bad, but not even an egg is provided.

Clean room and good food

Charging plugs were not working and terrible wifi.

Room were decent sized and clean.

Breakfast was just pathetic and no hot water. Utensils were missing.

The room was okay and the local was good. the breakfast served by the team was better in that pricing.

The room felt like an old building and mainly the bathroom and toilet were not neat.personally, I didn't like the lighting in the room as well.

Quiet location, nice, clean room, comfortable bed, OK A/C, ceiling fan, TV with many channels including some in English. Electric kettle, drinking water, coffee/tea. Free buffet style breakfast. Reception 24/7. Lift in the building.

Small 'window' with no view. Only cold shower but you can mix hot and cold water in a plastic bucket. For 5 days they didn't clean my room. Bit complicated/confusing online booking. Room rate+12% fees and charges. Would be nice to have a small fridge. Alcohol strictly prohibited.

Hot water was available which was essential. The proximity to the railway station.

The room was dimly lit. A/C stopped functioning and after complaints and delayed response, it was restored with little cooling. The breakfast was a disaster with stone hard idlis, runny sambhar and no better chutney. One bottle of water for 2 person occupancy. Sugarfree not available and scarcity of whitener. Tea bags were either very light or old which didn't help either. After I had made the booking and got a confirmation from the hotel, they contacted telling me the rooms were in high demand and I would have to make an advance to get the room confirmed all the while keeping the booking on hold which I have never experienced ever in my many years of availing Booking.com. If you are unsure about people confirming remove the No Prepayment and Free Cancellation option and don't cheat by allowing booking in the first place and then arm-twisting people into paying by keeping the booking on hold.

Spent hardly 10 hours at the hotel. Found good ambience and hygiene. Breakfast was very good.

Worst Room

I have got a room there at treebo and couldn't resist to say this, the room stinked and the bedsheets were stained, bathroom was worse. If I am right it was room 103 and had a really bad stay. Hope they would try to do better.

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The A/C also worked very well. The bed was comfy and we had a great nights sleep. It is also very close to the train station which was useful for us.

Due to a late flight we around midnight to check in. However the whole hotel was in entire darkness and receptionist was asleep, despite advertising 24hr front desk and check in. Our taxi driver had to go into the property and wake them up. To get hot water you have to leave the tap running for a minimum of 10 minutes (a gross waste of water - not environmentally friendly) there is no hot water from the shower itself, although this is not advertised. The property was incredibly hard to contact regarding our later checking. We tried various means of communication but had no response.
