Townhouse Kalady Near Airport

The property is fraud they did the booking didn't called us and at the last gave our room to someone else and stated us that you should shift to another property....Staff was very very rude I will never Suggest anyone to book this hotel

The room is exceeded the expectation. Really kind service, clean room.cost effective

Spacious room

No drinking water provided, linen towel not clean

Very bad experience

They are accusing that we broke the room door and asking money from us. It is true that we haven’t locked the door. I have requested many times to check the cctv. But they are threatening us and asking us to send money. Such a bad experience in my entire life all of us are totally disappointed

Bad

It was a totally disappointing experience. The rooms were neither clean nor tidy. Dust was present everywhere, and the bed linen hadn’t been changed. A strong cigarette smell was emanating from the room. The AC was running but not cooling properly. The escalator was out of service, and there was no room boy to help with the luggage. One of the rooms didn’t even have hot water. Don’t be misled by the 4.9-star review score. If budget is your only concern, you may consider staying here—otherwise, there are many better options available nearby.---

It was passable. Spacious room, AC and tv, it was all ok

There were workers outside my room doing renovations or something. So, while my dad was trying to take a nap, there was drilling, hammering, and yelling going on right outside the window

good place to stay, location was very good, reception staff was very helpful

Spacious Room

Used linen,

No issue for Parking

Dirty pillow cases.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Will stay again

Very good building and facilitate

Amenities

No hot water system

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit Townhouse kalady once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

The hotel was a bit expensive, but thanks to discounts, we managed to book it for a fair price.

They offer the quickest check-in and check-out. I recommend checking in online before you arrive.

Enjoyed the hotel's location

Loved the staff’s service

Everything, from the bedsheets to the towels, was top-notch. It was a good stay.

The hotel staff served us with politeness, being really sweet and helpful.

Nice folks, calm retreat. It's a kind and peaceful escape.
