I had a awesome experience at this property. Staff was good and friendly. 24*7 Reception Room and Bathroom was clean and hygiene. I stayed over the deluxe Balcony room this room is having a refrigerator also and a small pantry also available. I had a nice experience. I can recommend for everyone genuinely. Like a home feeling property. Budget friendly rooms with hight standard facilities. Thank you MM for awesome experience

We had a very comfortable stay at MM Residency, and one person who truly made our experience special was Ajmal. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely helpful with local information, food options, and tourist places to visit. He patiently guided us and made sure we didn’t miss out on good spots.

The room was really nice - shower was hot, bed was comfy, AC worked great and we had a balcony so couldn’t ask for much more. Staff were really helpful if we had any questions or needed anything at all.

The location for us wasn’t the best as it was a bit far from certain tourist things we wanted to see but it was only 30 min tuktuk ride away.

The hotel staff were very polite, supportive and encouraging. The room was neat and clean. It had all facilities air-conditioning, television, geyser, electric kettle and toiletries. The curtains were neat and beautiful. Nice room freshener and the restroom was clean.

Cleaning staff didn't visit even once but since we maintained it, it wasn't much of an issue. But it should be proactively done in my view.

This property is near to Ernakulam Town Railway station. The staffs over here were friendly. The rooms were kept neat and tidy. They also gave me a free upgrade as a friendly gesture. One of the best places to stay near to Town railway station.

Great place to stay in downtown Kochi. Quiet, comfortable room with air con. A kettle and cups are provided in the room. Would be nice to have some coffee sachets too. The staff were really helpful and let me leave my suitcase with them while I went to Munnar. The location is just off a busy street that has lots of eateries. This street is narrow so with all the overtaking it feels more dangerous for a foreigner to walk down than, say, in Fort Kochi. So I used Uber a lot and it worked well. The Town Hall metro stop is a short drive down the road, as is Ernakulam Town railway station.

New property building with good air conditioning, wifi, hot shower, tea, coffee maker and lift facility.

No set top box satellite TV. Only wifi available for some channels.

Not a fancy hotel but definitely it’s worth every rupee if you’re looking an accommodation under 2K, clean and nice rooms friendly staffs,close to metro and railway station

Everything. I need to specially mention about Mr. Anfad the Manager who was so kind, helpful & loving. We arrived a bit late, but he was there to receive us with broad smile, helped us with everything. Made us feel at Home. Will definitely stay here next when ever I visit Earnakulam. This just a suggestion. They need to put some fixtures in the Bathroom to hang the Bath Towels & changing Dress.
