Panakal Residency, Fort Kochi

Very friendly staff. Accommodating.

Wifi at times wouldn't connect, Require a boost. Bathrooms need cleaning and dustbin, even when clients are occupied their space! Tnx for trying.

Locality of the residencyBed facility , cup board

No independent water heater inside the room. During winter season , this residency is not preferable since no sufficient hot water is coming .Bad adour inside the bath room is there .Cup board with mirror set ip.lights are not working .Complementary breakfast orders are to be received in time in advance themselves with clear menu .Otherwise customers may not avail this facility properly . Proper follow up must be there by the management .

A nice stay, with thoughtful staff, located very well.

The facilities weren't exactly modern or comfortable, but enough.

The location makes this place really ideal ! The room and facilities were basic but thats the price you pay for. The staff were helpful and overall value for money.

Good location

Staff talking loud while cleaning roomsStairs a bit of hazard

Lovely, helpful staff that host with a smile. 10 minutes walking distance from the fort/shopping area.Clean dorms with air con and curtainsHot water showers.Had a great stay here.

Clean rooms in a nice area with friendly people :)

The owner and staff were really sweet and friendly. They helped us with information and also with storage of our bags when we were leaving for a few days to Munnar! The location is great, as it's close to the fort and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants! The staff was always ready to help, told us when the breakfast was ready and making it as comfortable as possible.

For 2 persons we had a pretty small room and bed, at the booking site it's not well pointed out that it's actually a 1 persons room. Also the fan made quite a lot of noise. Other then that, nothing to complain about this hotel!

Value for money, clean and neat rooms, maintaing very nicely

It was a comfortable budget friendly stay at a convenient location.

Clean room, good price, kind staffif I can use hot shower, here is best stay for me

It is located close to the most interesting areas of Kochi and it is reachable by bus from Metro Stations. It faces the main road but rooms are situated on the back or side of the building and are fairly quiet. There is also a kitchen you can use for cooking fast meals and free filtered water. The staff are super kind and helpful.

Value for money, neat and clean, good staff, location

Great experience. Excellent service and atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. Staffs are very helpful. I really liked the stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of areas to sit.

The only improvement was the the WiFi connection could be improved in the guest room. Great connection in all public areas.

Arcy at reception was incredibly welcoming, one of the friendliest people I’ve met at any accommodation in India. She always greeted me with a smile and conversation. The location is perfect and the room was clean and comfortable with air con and a fan. The rooftop area was a lovely spot to relax and met people.

I stayed for 5 nights and during that time the room was not cleaned. I had to request fresh towels and restock toilet supplies. Also there was no Wi-Fi in my specific room which was inconvenient.

Very nice location, very kind and helpful host.Budget friendly.

Good location. Clean rooms and the rooftop is also really nice. Staff takes care of all your needs. They are very warm and hospitable.

“Great location close to the shops/ restaurants/ cafes etc, room was clean”very friendly staffs.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions. The room was neat and the washroom was also neat and well maintained.
