Nice room with good AC and WiFi. Views over local bushland. Located within walking distance of Lulu Mall and the Kochi metro.

It is a bit hard to find the hotel.

Avoid them if looking for clean and neat rooms

You can see hairs and waste from the previous guests.. bedsheet are full of stains

Reasonable price for a room with AC. It was very clean and tidy. The location is very quiet - perfect for a good night's rest. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

It's a modest hotel, but it answers all expectations - it's a walking distance from the Lulu mall, which would be desirable for some, in spite of being close to a main road, my room was quiet. More than that, it faced a beautiful nature area, with kingfishers, buffaloes, parakeets. It was a pleasant surprise.

If you're not into the mall experience, it's not close to anything else in Kochi.

No hot water. Breakfast is a scam. They offer to buy you appam and curry from outside, No other options.

New accommodation with all basic amenities in place and in good condition. Tidy room , Comfy bed. Good wifi. Beautiful green nature view from the window. The front desk staff were cordial and prompt. Lulu Mall is nearby.

Complimentary breakfast served was little and not up to the expectations. There is no in house Restaurant.No GST invoice was issued to me citing non Availability although I paid the GST amount .

Refurbished rooms. Good a/c. Hot shower. Short walk to the Lulu Mall.

No toilet roll. No spoon for making coffee. Other than that, it was a very pleasant overnight stay.

The staff of the hotel are helpful. They try to attend to the requests promptly. The room was medium sized. They cleaned the room and bathroom properly. The location is peaceful and is at a walking distance from the Lulu Mall.

The hotel doesn't have lift. Hence it would be difficult for anyone with ailments such as those of knee or heart to go to the higher floors. The staircase is also very narrow. They do not have food service. Instead, they have a tie-up with a hotel for the same. Since I had a stomach upset after eating from that hotel, I skipped the breakfast which was to be brought from the same hotel, even though it was included in my package. The water heater was not functioning on the days of the visit. I felt that the hotel is new and may not have been able to optimize its functioning yet.

Just ok as we had to spend only one night and then proceed

No Lift/ Elevator and No Hot water. The staff at the reception for night duty hardly could communicate in English or Hindi.

Room size is big enough, bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall value for the money.

(helped me with the purchase of the sim card and the bus to Munnar)- Wifi- Free drinking water for refilling - New and modern- perfect for 20 USD / night - Bathroom very good- Shower jet very good and hot water- air condition - bed comfortable - Forehand has darkened the room well - You can order food directly from reception (and plates + cutlery are available in the room)- Soap, shampoo and shower gel available - Good location (close to the shopping mall and metro - there is also a good gym nearby - as well as a few good restaurants)

- The first floor rooms are so loud! You can hear every conversation, every call from reception, music, the generator and every guest coming into the hotel! But luckily I was able to move to a higher floor the next day - In the morning when cleaning other rooms the staff was very loud and woke me up.- I had a few mosquitoes in my room from time to time. There were some mosquitoes in the hallway

Hard to get to for the driver

The location is excellent - very close to all amenities. The room is clean and comfortable. Weather very humid so air conditioning was very much appreciated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - they helped me a lot with anything I requested.

price was reasonable with neat and well-maintained rooms. . The bed was cozy and comfortable.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to the lack of signboards, and the road leading to the hotel was broken, but it was visible from the service road.

I really like this hotel, our stay was wonderful here, it's very new and clean hotel. Our room view is very green and lots of birds is around. We have special feelings about birds sound every day morning. everything is very will organise. They did not say no for any of our request, even if they don't have the service they try to arrange somehow.

Gud one at Edapilly for affordable rate . Neat and clean rooms. 100 % value for money
