Room was very small. Bed and pillow covers were not clean. There were lot of stains. It was disgusting.

Rooms do not match pictures. The property is not clean and the floors are broken and chipped in places. The walls are also dirty. Bed was comfortable, i would not recommend thr food.

People at the reception was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking space available nearby by the hotel.

There was a lot of outside noise of water dropping/overflowing which was disturbing us the whole night. Lot of young people under the influence of alcohol were present in the hotel which makes it uncomfortable for women and families. The beds were pathetic, in any position of your sleep the bed ensures that it causes you a lot of pain for sure.

The heat was unbearable... I made a mistake of not checking while booking but they didn't have any rooms with AC either..

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice breakfast & good location. The shower was the best in all our travels in India - hot water & excellent pressure. We would stay here again for sure!

Very beautifully constructed new building. Full AC including lobby. Very near, walking distance from Ernakulam South Railway Station. Limited menu restaurant is present, but very good vegetarian hotel nearby. Rooms neat and clean. Toilet clean. Bedsheets, Pillow covers, blankets Clean.

Restaurant with Limited menu. No Travel Desk. Persons sitting on Reception don't know much about, Autorickshaw, Taxi, Sightseeing etc. They aren't experienced enough in hospitality industry. The restaurant is situated in a lane which is dirty. ( But it's clean inside the hotel)

We had a very good stay here- it was perfect for a short stay near the station, which is walkable in 5 mins. The staff were very professional and polite when checking us in. The room was functional and clean with a good bathroom and shower.

Close to south railways, vegetarian hotel very close by, rooftop top restaurant nice ambiance.the staff is really helpful.

After booking I received so many emails in bad English demanding payment on a website I didn’t recognise. The messages said the booking needed to be confirmed or it would be cancelled in 6 hours. I repeatedly emailed back confirming my arrival and explaining I would not put my card details into the site, I would pay cash on arrival. The emails kept coming, even the day AFTER I checked out! This was extremely annoying as I wasn’t sure until I arrived if the room was there for me.

It was clean and food was quite OKThe beds were quite comfortable and.able to accommodate all 5 of us, including kids.

The rooms were not AC rooms. So, I feel it.was not fully worth the money - becuse from my past experiences, normally these kind of rooms have AC by default.Unfortunately, this room had only fans.One more thing, the balcony door did not have proper lock at the property. So, family felt quite uncomfortable because of this concern.
