Wifi was not working, the staff tried to fix it and provide me with a Geo portable device. Even that was not working properly. Bath room door is cracking a little bit, furniture everywhere, which makes moving around difficult within the room

Ambience, staff behaviour, room space

Parking space is limited. Soap stand is seen damaged. Hand wash liquid is not provided. Plug points are loose and do not support power flow. Carry a power bank, lest your mobile battery will be drained. Water spills over from wash basin area to the room. Value 50% of money.

Staff is very good specially the front office and the room service staffs

Was allocated in a room where there the TV was nor working was shifted to another room where faced the similar issue.The pool was under maintenance and the jacuzzi which I expect was there was not present

Comfortable. Welcoming staff. Pristine surrounding inside. Hotel is presented very well. Room was spacious and having a bath tub with hot water was a luxury. Room service could not be faulted. Anything we phoned down for arrived to us within the time stated. Not much breakfast choice but staff did what they could to accommodate any request. All in all a very comfortable and memorable stay. Would highly recommend

i had a coffee from here and it was good and rest of it everything was a bad atmosphere for me.

we didn’t got mini fridge, and even we mentioned about that to the counter and they were smiling at us. even the A/C didn’t work properly and the repair came so late after calling so long. they love to get payment and after that they don’t even care about the customers. prices for the food is very bit expensive

Leaky showers. Open the tap and shower also oozes water. Food unreasonably expensive. Dark corridors welcome you at night. Hot water unavailable almost at all times. I requested connected double rooms for stay with two kids. But was give two adjoining double rooms. So kids had to be left alone.

This hotel is just three star standard but they are claiming five star. Leak in the bath room, flush not working properly. Never come back to this property.

Leak in the toilet , no amenities in toilet, empty mini bar, broken safe/locker. Room no 307, check the sealing of the bath room rain water is dripping.

The worst hotel , staff and service I have ever seen. This is not even one star hotrl. Old property it is with pathetic staff and service. Don't waste your money in this zero star hotel.

No light, too expensive food ( that too bad taste, tea is for Rs.80, that also cold) , staff doesn't listen to guests, they just do what they hear and want. Waste of money.
