Overall a pathetic and hectic stay

Spoons weren’t available No geyserNo packed water bottles provided. Provided water was of questionable qualityNo toilet paper rolls available No blankets and quiltsWhen asked for blanket received a torn oneUsed soap was already present in the washroom Towel of pathetic quality

Hotel very very cost effective I stay in many hotels in same rate but compared to those hotels it's far far better omg hygiene good ambiance.

Can give proper towels and toiletries as well as can provide proper water bottle

Too congested and porly placed almirah and mirrors. No decent blanket

If you are looking for affordable stay options then this can work

The water for shower and utility is bad, kind of salty and hard water. It only has basic amenities, even water is charged with GST. If the water cost is 20, the tax is 5rs extra.Nearby eatery options are far and few. You can order and eat definitely but for other services we have to request two three times to the staff. Staff aren't rude, but they aren't that much helpful either

The reception staff were very polite and the rooms were really good and clean.

We got our room only after 2 pm , even though the check-in time is 11 30 am. After multiple enquiries only we got our room. But still they provided a small room till that time to refresh.

Building is comparatively new.

Walls are having dirt and foot stains and needs repainting. Only a thin cotten sheet is given as blanket/ quilt. Due to absence of blanket/ quilt, I was forced to sleep without Air conditioner.

I booked a room online and reached the hotel 5-6 hrs later, at night only to be informed that all rooms were booked out. I still don’t understand how can they rent out the room that I have booked without even notifying me.The staff there were clueless and I was not the one with the same issue. Very disappointing.

I recently stayed in this room and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, providing a tranquil and peaceful environment. Location is a bit inside and the room have an average space but it was good

The front office staff Chandni and Sabareesh were outstanding. They were very helpful. Location is great, however metro is about 500m away and takes about 25 min walk. Many restaurants around the place and centrally located in Ernakulam town

Parking is unsecured as it is slightly off the facility. Housekeeping was a let down and only the front office staff were trying to save the situation overall! No options for food at all and carry own food for your pet.

Surprisingly there is nothing that I didn't like, Room size were small but considering the price its value for money. Please don't judge this one with google review, Do visit and inspect room before paying for it.

Staffs dealing is very bad.didnt have welcome kit in washroom.....tea cups are very poor in quality and not well cleaned.tv is not working

Response from the front desk for any request also allow us to stay little longer before checking out since our flight was for the evening. Further friendly staff.
