Allure Hotel & Apartments

The staff were exceptional - so accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, close walk to anywhere I needed to go. The room itself was spacious, everything was clean, bed was comfortable and the room felt quite updated and new.

Easy check in, beautiful three bedroom apartment with incredible views. Close to the Magnetic Island ferry. Walkable to the Strand.

Gym hours were too restricted

Apartment was excellent. Beds super comfy and the unit was well set out.

Great location, close to the city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room is clean and spacious. Decently furnished and has most things you would need for your stay. Usually very good rates and value for money if you book in advance.

Bed was a bit soft in this room, but that's a personal preference.

Modern accommodation well appointed with a great shower and bed. Restaurant has limited operating times and we did not use this facility. Located three hundred meters from nearest bus stop and most eateries, We had a pleasant sunset meal at the restaurant next door.

Apartments very well set up. Great location, close proximity to restaurants.

Pool was freezing and parking was limited and not assigned to each apartment.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location and a nice view on the harbor side.

Broken shower head (jet only). Minimal bathroom products. WiFi is average at best. Cafe not opened before 7:30am during our stay.

Our room was facing the street and it only had a small window and not a nice view as seen on the booking.com website.

Handy location to Palmer St dining options and the city. Room was great. Access to underground secure car parking was beneficial.

Possibly an extra power point near the desk for plugging in a laptop.

It was clean and all facilities available

One washroom was not enough for 4 adults.

I arrived late at night and found the entry well lit and the instructions for the after hours access very helpful. Great stay and helpful staff.

Unit was well appointed, great view of the water & city.

The parking, not enough off street parking. had to park on the street a couple of nights and that was even difficult when the Cowboys game was on.

Location was excellent. Facility adequate, although I didn't try the pool, it was there and also the gym was available too.

I thought the blanket was old and tired, as was the bedside tables and the desk. It would have been helpful to have a microwave and toaster, although I know this must have been noted on the info page, I was surprised to see that the kitchenette was also looking very tired and had minimal supplies. The kettle was old and had a lot of black iron stains in it.
