The bed was very comfortable

The was a lack of cleanliness, and the shower head was too low.

The property was cozy and comfortable for two people

there was maintenance work that was just slightly noisy even through the night

Great view from our room, outdoor seating area, pool was good, could approach cleaning staff for extra supplies

There was ants in the room

Room larger than I expected, clean and comfortable. Location was spot on for a quick overnight stay and event in the city. Staff helpful.

I didn’t realise it was two stories and the manager offered to change me from the.top floor to our ground floor on the second Day very accommodating and pleasant staff would recommend the and will stay again

Friendly, helpful staff, quiet place.

Rooms n ed updating and there was a fair bit of rubbish from previous guess under the bed and between the shower screen and vanity, (noted on both stays) there no power point beside the bed.

The room size not bad.

Dirty, shampoo and shower form is empty. No soap.Mosquitoes

Rooms had the basic needs

Attention to details in room cleaning needed a lot of work. No room service or just changing of towels every few days.

Motel was of night standard , clean great location , good facilities for a motel , great staff.

Aircon needed replacing in room too noisy.

This was just a quick one night stop over. Rooms were clean, free parking. There was a pool and bbq facilities but we did not use these. It represented value for money for the one night.

Our room was under the metal staircase and this meant that everytime someone went up or down it was noisy, this was especially annoying with people vacating early morning.

Service. We had arrived early from Brisbane and my son was competing in state athletics late in the afternoon. Perry ensured we could get into our room early for a rest prior to competing

We were in Townsville for the State Athletics Championships. The Summit Motel was perfectly located just around the corner. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating.

The room smelled of cat pee fur on the floor. Hadn't been cleaned from the last people.

Very close to the strand and shops. Everything was within a 10min drive.

I liked the kitchenette and fridge. Lots of essentials in the room for a short stay.

Staff were relaxed and accommodating, whether it was our early check in or holding our bags. Service with a smile and no fuss.
