Castle Crest Motel

Great location for the things we had planned; close to the Strand, ferry docks, aquarium, Castle Hill, and easy to access local roads. Hosts were helpful and pleasant. Very good coffee in the room!

Clean and good size. The owner lady was very friendly and helpful.

Location wasn’t great. It was far from everywhere but not far enough to drive so we ended up a lot of walking to get around.

Location was good. We only stayed one night but it exceeded our expectations in terms of how big the room was and the ammenities available. The receptionist lady was really kind and helpful.

Great motel near to the waterfront & easy walk to restaurants & bars. So clean, large & comfortable beds. Kitchen area well equipped. Nice shower. Good base for Townsville area.

This motel is ideally suited away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets, but close enough to walk to The Strand for a great bite to eat, relaxing by the sea and has easy access to one of the main roads that connects to the rest of Townsville. The room is comfortable with all the necessary amenities and there is access to off street parking.

Staff, cleanliness, pool & location.

The location was great. Very little outside noise. The Manager Tanya was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This simple motel has everything. It is very clean, has a very comfortable bed and is close to the beach. It is a perfect stop for someone driving south. It is an excellent value for money

Our room on the ground floor was nice but not very well sound proofed, quite a lot of noise from the car park which was directly outside.

Nice family run place. Very clean. Short walk to the Strand.

Location, spacious well appointed room. Full size fridge and washing machine were a bonus.Nice and quiet.

The staff were lovely and did everything they could to accommodate us. It was close to the RAAF base. It was clean and comfortable.

The parking lot inside the complex was small, it was very busy and the Motel was booked out.

I felt overall really uncomfortable in the room I was in, I did research on the smoke alarm and there was a camera in it, I signed into the wifi and my phone started giving me red flashes of it being a malicious and unprotected connection!!! Something more is going on with this place, but other then that rooms and staff were amazing... personally wouldn't stay ever again!

Like most places you go to stay at the photos don't always match what the actual room looks like, HOWEVER this room was better then the photos, Bed was great, Bathroom was brilliant.

was a little loud in the morning, but overall awsome place to stay!
