The location was good. The children's park, tennis court and pool were all good.

The cabin was awful. Really dated and run down. We couldn't even lock our sliding door because it was broken. Only the fly/security screen was lockable. Trim missing on parts of the walls, cracks and grime in tiles, curtains stained and dirty, cutlery tray had bits in it. Windowsills dirty with hair on. Peeling paint. There's a real issue with condensation and damp so when we checked in the air-conditioning was on really cold which we realised was the only way to keep the cabin dry. A couple of the lights weren't working. Just a real lack of care and maintenance. We all had the 'ick' from the cabin and were glad we only booked for two nights. Went to sweep some of the mud up from our shoes and the broom had some clumps of hair and dirt from other guests. Really not nice. It's a shame because we've got to come back to Townsville in a few weeks but won't be staying again.

The staff were amazing,I had to get surgery in Townsville and they gave me a quite and comfortable location to relax and heal I can't thank you guys enough,especially the office person trasell who went out of her way to make sure things were quite and comfortable after my surgery so I could rest and heal,and that I had enough towels and bed linen etc thankyou, It was very appreciated,you are an amazing person,its the little things like this with a smile and great attitude towards customers that business these days seem to lack,I hope your employer values this as I will return again,can I add,what an amazing location

There are a few minor maintenance things to be looked at in the near future, but it didn't in anyway affect my stay. Locks on doors need some love and gutters/roof leafy matter need a tidy up,however in saying that I see the black cockatoos enjoy the trees,there a magnificent bird,however they must keep you guys very busy.

Great location

2 bedroom unit, 2nd bedroom had no aircon or fan. The couch was dirty and stained. Overall state of the cabin wasn't the cleanest.

Proximity to the ocean. Excellent air conditioning. The fridge when we arrived was under performing, spoke with the office and a brand new fridge arrived within the hour. Staff even loaded all our groceries in the fridge for us.

We had to go home!

We always love our stay here, ocean view villa is very relaxing, comfortable bed and clean villa, nice walk along the beach, its our place to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze and ocean views, staff are always friendly and helpful

I thought the villa we stayed in come with a bbq but it didnt. I thought it was dissapointing that for a week stay there was only 2 toilet rolls provided and no new towels supplied during the week. The wifi wasnt the greatest in the villa. .

Great location, exceptional service with friendly staff. Our cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area was great with the shade sails over half of the pool. Information/brochures were available for local attractions which made it easy when planning our days.

The only thing that we all thought could be improved on was the pillows as they were very soft.

Will not be returning.

Cabin was old and run down, ceilings were bubbles, lights didn’t work in range hood. Cracked light in ceiling light. So many mozzies and sandflies you get carried away. Pool area had so many rules, pretty much sit and in the water.

Our room was really old, very dusty and it was unclean. The bunk beds were soft, you could feel the ground through the mattress.

For a short overnight stay for us, overal experience was ok. Place was clean, welcoming short walk to the bathroom to ca in.

Cabin needs more updating but overall not bad.
