The kitchen and bathroom taps were not in place, and the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Tried to contact owner to discuss a refund and could not get through to sort it out.

It was easy to find. Within driving distance of a shopping centre to access food for dinner.

The property was good but that was dragged down by guests two rooms away who sat up until 3am talking, laughing loudly and drinking outside. I had driven many hours that day & was very tired but got little rest. I did not complain via an after hours number bc I had no desire to be labelled as a racist due to their nationality. Shortly after arriving that afternoon their toddler child was throwing stones at my car!

It was clean but the smell was unpleasant needs to have a fragrance smell and sanitised that was my reason

Chosen specifically for the location as it is close to the golf course and there are lots of food options nearby. Shopping centres are not far away either. Room was exactly what we needed and would have no hesitation staying there when required again.

Dirty bench tops, cracked cups, noisey fan, pillows like sand bags.

Presented well, friendly relaxed greeting, clean rooms, everything worked. Will definitely re book next time.

Location is good. We did not have breakfast

We are both elderly and with limited mobility. We found it difficult to use the stairs to get up to the room we were given. We would have liked a ground floor room.

The location was fine. The room was excellent for our purposes. Unit 14 is at the back corner, behind the stairs, comfortable, spacious and away from the traffic, so we enjoyed a quiet nights sleep.

Ok, the permanent residence of a family with really young children 3, living next room. Although they were quiet , it’s not healthy. I couldn’t stop thinking about them. They must live off take away s every night. So sad.
