Staff were really kind, it was a tidy place to stay

Bathroom in the middle of the cabin made it impossible for the room to get cool was cold overnight, but if someone was to use the toilet in the morning youve got to close the doors with the only aircon being in the bedroom, so by the time the toilet door in the middle is opened to the loungeroom/kitchen area its hot and unpleasant espeecially if someone has used the toilet, by morning the cabins are right under the sun with no shade over the balcony like trees ect so your melting trying to have a coffee if i was to stay again it would be in a different cabin if they had other options on offer

Always love a full size fridge...a microwave..and a small oven with Cooktown.. great amenities

The cabin was spacious and the bed was comfortable had a sitting area in the cabin which was nice, the park was close to the shops. It is located on the outskirts of north Townsville so it easy to get on the road to Cairns

Nothing wrong with the place and very helpful staff.

I opened the door at nighttime to walk out very briefly and there were little bugs that flew in and were all over the beds and pillows.Nobody's fault but just a heads up to watch out for the bugs.

The pool was excellent & the cabin we stayed in suited our needs perfectly. The caretakers are friendly & accomodating. We’ll be back !

I booked a pet friendly room and when I arrived they said I hadn’t booked one and couldn’t get me a pet friendly one. Wouldn’t give me a refund even though it said pet friendly on booking.com

Great for travelling with pets, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the owner at reception was friendly

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. It was a real bonus being able to take our older dog inside.We all enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the world go by.

The directions for the Fish and Chip shop near the Strand were wrong. We found another nearby, then the original in a slightly different location. But that's not your fault!

Supply of ear plugs as room adjacent to traffic lights on major road with noise and vibration.

Room was lovely and clean. Really handy to the airport, only a short drive. Staff were friendly and helpful even though I arrived minutes before closing time. They had my booking all sorted.

No bedside lamp, but otherwise great.

My friends and I booked a cabin for our vacation with two beds. After a long drive, we arrived and the person at the reception informed us that unfortunately, they no longer had the cabin with two beds that we had paid for. We checked the available accommodations in town and, of course, there was nothing left for that night. The person at the reception had no solution to offer, a very poor service. One of us had to sleep on the living room floor on blankets as a makeshift mattress. This ruined our stay in the city of Townsville. I would not recommend their service.

Shady and plenty of room, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy to get into the city. Quiet. Good parking.

I stayed in a small villa, which was very clean. Location was good for me, near where I needed to be for the weekend. Friends stayed in a pet-friendly villa and were happy also.Would recommend
