Property was close to family. Enjoyed the pool. Everything that was required with nearby.

Bit noisy at night with other people walking across a little balcony, talking lead into the night

Location was great and easy to find. Appreciated the continental breakfast included in the price paid. Staff were friendly and we received an upgrade to our room on arrival. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Nothing that we were unhappy with.

I have stayed there many times and keep coming back and will continue to return, the rooms are comfy, the staff is great, the location suits us great. No complaints

We really enjoyed our stay at Townsville Motor Inn. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch — especially the fact that you could take as much as you needed. It made for a relaxed and convenient start to the day.

We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately didn’t receive any instructions on how to access our room. We had to call the contact number provided, but it took a long time before anyone answered. Also, we had booked two apartments, and it turned out that one had a hairdryer while the other didn’t — it would be great to have the same amenities in all rooms.

Close to plenty of restaurants, lovely welcome, early check in, strong wifi

There was a lot of noise from the nearby road - boy racers . Could have done with am extra blanket

Excellent accommodation. Great size apartment for the family with ample beds. Fully airconditioned and fans. Excellent customer service and as n added bonus the accommodation came with a free continental breakfast daily.

Nothing to report here. We were happy with everything.

We booked a room that could accomodate wheelchair and walking aids. Room was well set out and the bathroom was massive!

Car park was a little tight as the laundry trolleys were behind the park

Free breaky was great for the kids. Keyles entry was great for our kids. Management were very accommodating allowing us to stay a little late to shower after the sports tournament.

Very friendly, professional staff that are happy to help out with any request. Breakfast is great and so easy to just pick up and enjoy in your room.

The pool area

No tvs in the bedrooms, pillows weren’t that comfortable. No dead lock on the rear door so children could open at their own free will.

Among the various motels I've stayed in the past, this motel was truly wonderful. The pool and BBQ facilities on site were very clean, and they provided tongs, kitchen paper, and oil for BBQ free of charge. The room was spacious and well-designed, though it would have been perfect if it had been renovated like the room my friend stayed in. The staff were also very kind, ensuring a pleasant stay. A major highlight for me was the complimentary continental breakfast, including toast, cereals, milk, and bottled water, which was incredibly helpful for our family with kids, both economically and practically. This motel is definitely recommended.

The room my friend stayed in had been renovated. If the room we stayed in had also been renovated, it would have been a perfect 10/10.

Having a light breakfast provide is excellent. We like the set up of the motel and the pool is quite lovely.
