Very spacious and bright apartment. Would be suitable for a long stay. Very comfy bed and great shower. Happy to have washing machine/dryer in apartment. Has all kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. Very quiet in apartment. Tv in sitting room and bedroom. WiFi excellent.Really liked spacious balcony area and sitting area.

7am fire alarm and evacuation but a guest is to blame not the property lol

Bed and pillows were extremely comfy and room was clean. Was very close to restaurants and town.

Tap in the Kitchen sink didn't stay on when turned on due to the splashback being placed too close to the tap and it not being able to be pushed back without being held in that position.

Proximity to restaurants and football stadium. Staff were super friendly. Complimentary water at reception. Undercover secure parking.

Nice apartment, comfortable beds and pillows. No shortage of food choices along the street.Staff friendly.

Although in the restaurant precinct it was a little way from the Strand. We hired scooters which worked well.

Everyone was lovely, the facility is lovely :) the reception staff went above and beyond, even helped me print out a form for my medical appt. The staff also helped us by letting us know about the different breakfast options in town when asked.

If you could install a kitchen or liaise with a restaurant to offer room service! That is the only thing that could have been better for us. Also, I’m sure it’s no one’s fault but the phone in our room didn’t work. We were unable to contact the front desk with the room phone. No dial tone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, with pubs, bars and restaurants within an easy walk. I’ll definitely be back!I also just wanted to thank Yasmin the receptionist as she very kindly replaced my bottle of red wine, and cleaned up after me - as I dropped my bottle entering the room - exceptional customer service!!!! Thanks Yasmin, you’re amazing! Very friendly reception staff. See you all again soon

Would have liked to access secure parking without the extra cost. Would have liked to onboard earlier than 2.00pm without the extra fee, especially as we travelled and couldn’t change our home departure time.

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Good sized room.

The property was in an ideal location, very well maintained and very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was well appointed and super clean. There are lifts, a pool and spa, reception open till late, secure parking and good sized tvs to watch. Oh and most importantly, the bed was lovely and comfy and extra pillows too.

Some things are beginning to show age, bathroom and kitchen for example, however these are big ticket items that take time to replace so not a big deal. Overall well maintained and clean.

Grand Hotel was centrally located, clean and tidy and the staff were very accommodating.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and tidy. But the curtains could have a been a bit thicker to block out the light from the street.

For some reason, we were booked into a room for handicap guests... There was a lingering smell, plus we were adjacent to the housekeeping staff room. Lots of staff traffic. Also opposite a pub which was noisy in the evenings. No in room dining nor Cafe in house.
