Great location, very accommodating staff, I missed a flight and arrived later than expected, staff ensured I had easy access after hours.
Nice and clean and great location. Car parks were nice and big.

Due to a supposed booking error by booking.com we unfortunately didn’t receive the room that we had booked and paid for on this occasion.
Wasn’t sure if there was a breakfast option. We had brekkie at the coffee club which was close by.
No complaints. The room was clean and tidy .

The floor in the room was WET like it had been hosed out - even under the bed was like it was flooded. We had to dry the floor with towels as it was slippery and dangerous!
The location of it, across the road from the beach. Grocery store was just around the corner and within walking distance aswell as coffee shop. Rooms are very clean. Wifi has good and strong connection. Aircon is cold.

Location was excellent. Lots of cafes around and not far from Coles. on the bus route into the city. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and no trouble helping you out.
The stairs as we are elderly. We found them hard especially taking our luggage up and down. A lot of smokers sitting along the outside balcony.

Great location, great service, clean motel.
Great location, friendly check in. Parking spaces are decent size and plenty. Beds were comfy, room was mostly clean. Bright and relaxing. PowerPoint's near the beds was a bonus. Love that.Right near eateries.
Aircon filters were feral, cleaners should be doing them at least once a week. It's a simple job. And then get them serviced regularly. We had to pull the filters out and clean them so the aircon would function better. The clean seal wasn't on the toilet, some hairs in the bathroom on arrival.
