Spanish Lace Motor Inn

The room was clean and the staff were great

There was mould in the room due to water from the bathroom leaking under the laminate floor. I was only there for one night and couldn't be bothered moving

Staff was the best part, very accommodating and clean.

Not their fault, but because of the construction on the road, made the entrance a little bit difficult.

Central location, beautiful rooms, comfortable stay

Location , staff , bed My second home when traveling

The price was reasonable, staff were friendly and location was in the centre of where we needed to be

Comfortable bed, great location. Property well maintained.

Parking tight. Roadworks at the time made turning in the driveway hazardous.

room was clean. bed comfortable, bathroom small but clean and provided with amenities soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels etc

Nothing really. I needed an overnight stay and I got that.

Good location

Dirty glasses Ac slow to get cold, No Security Screen on Only window

The room was decent size, modern and neat. Reception girl was polite and efficient

Musty cigarette smell - like the place use to allow smoking in rooms and now that smell has seeped into every part of the room. If you are sensitive to that smell I’d advise avoiding this place - personally it gives me a headache.

It was perfect for what we needed as an overnight stopover.

As we only stayed for the night and arrived late and left early we just needed a nice clean room which is what we received. The only small thing was the aircon was a little noisy.

Location to what I wanted to do.

At the first glance it was clean but the room is only cleaned around. Around any furniture or items in the room. A/C didn’t work properly, shower has mould in silicone, nothing had been moved in some time and vacuumed under.

Clean and quiet

Shower head could have been better but that would be the only thing

Ideal location with food and coffee shops in close vicinity, staff very helpful. Rooms good size with microwave and utensils to consume takeaway food.

All good

It had a pool and the shiela at the front counter was pretty chill

Peeling paint, hot water was dodgy and had a veranda we couldn't use

This was perfectly good for our one night stop over. It provided what we needed, but not much more. The staff were very helpful when we had questions.

It was basic, but that is to be expected. It was what was expected.

Location was perfect for me. And it was nice and quiet and relaxing

No vending machine to get snacks or drinks. As reception was closed during evenings and couldn't buy drinks or good

Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Disgusting service from management

Will never be back. Have never been so intimidated ever.Never have ever had owner inspect our towels and sheets in a dog friendly roommade a complaint fridge didn't work.

I had booked threw booking.com & left an email saying I was running late but they didn’t see it so when I got there I rang the phone number on the door & the gentleman was good to open up for me to get my key

The shower head was terrible

This is the second time we stayed in this motel. Simple and clean and have all we need for our expectation. Good value for money.
