Room was very clean

We were only supplied 2 towels and no spare ones were in the room. There was no shower screen on the shower so the water just poured out onto the bath Mat, causing somewhat of a safety hazard, so it would have been nice to have access to more than 1 towel each. For the money paid for the night I was very disappointed at the lack of bedding and toiletry supply. We also were only supplied with a sheet on the bed. No doona cover.I found a spare blanket in the cupboard hallway, but it was even close to being sufficient.

The view is always amazing.

The room , while comfortable , badly needs upgrading/renovating as the bath tub is still the same as it was in the late 80's early 90's. We have stayed ther multiple times over the past 30+ years and have enjoyed it.

Staff were helping, perfect location and views overlooking maggie island were sensational

No Restuarant or spa

Excellent location. Able to walk the length of the Strand over a couple of days. Great views. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Had to park across the road overnight as the car park was full.

The couch in the room was looking old, dirty, tired and needs replacing.

The hotel is definitely can use a lot of TLC. The cleaning crew needs to improve their performance.

Parking on site is competitive, but there is street parking all around it

Easy check-in, and lots to explore around the area

Front desk was a little snappy with me

We often stay here when there are events at the athletics facility nearby. It’s close, clean and always a good experience. They were very friendly and let us stay and hang out by the pool after check out as we had a later flight.

you couldn't use cash to hire a towel and laundry facilities were old but could get cash off reception to use them?

I had to wait until 4pm to check-in after arriving at 8am in the morning. I know checkin was 2pm but everyone else that arrived later ended up checking in earlier. For some reason I was made to wait. I then felt that expecting me to check out at your required time could have been relaxed and a 2 hour later check out should/could have been honoured, since you had taken so long to give us a room. The pool area was very hot during the day. and not many places to sit and no shower facilities in the lobby area.

Fridge was not working. Took three days to get 2 ice cubes. Old and bashed about. Sheets did not fit the bed. Blanket did not fit the bed. No Wi FI available as stated. Reception was hit and miss, depending on who was at desk. Cleaning hit and miss

Lovely view outstanding and gorgeous location. Considering the night before we had a terrible accommodation at a different hotel , this was a much better roon for us and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax in good quality room. Simple check in and lovely staff that know what they're doing

Nothing everything was perfect maybe just the fact that it was hard to find a park so we parked on the street however it is understandable.

Great view. At a good location, close to wherever we wanted to go. Close to a Taxi place.
